Organised by Moonman Event Sdn Bhd, the festival is expected to bring together more than 600 brands and exhibitors, over 50 expert-sharing sessions and 10 sporting and community activities across more than 170,500 sq ft of exhibition space.

The four components are MySihat Expo, HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026, FragMania 2026 and Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta 2026.

The organiser said the integrated event would combine healthcare and wellness with sports, nutrition, fitness, fragrance, food, arts, culture, entertainment and lifestyle activities.

At the core of the festival, MySihat Expo will feature hospitals, medical centres, clinics and healthcare companies, as well as brands covering wellness, nutrition, beauty, health technology and sports.

Visitors will have access to health screenings, medical consultations, health forums, healthy-living talks, first-aid workshops and demonstrations.

Community activities, including yoga, Zumba and a fun run, will also be held during the festival.

HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026 is expected to attract more than 8,000 athletes and participants from Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and South Korea.

Kuala Lumpur has also been selected as an official qualifying round for the HUNTR Games World Championships 2027.

Meanwhile, FragMania 2026 will feature local and international fragrance brands, with visitors able to sample products, meet brand founders, attend launches and demonstrations, and participate in industry talks.

Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta, which debuted in 2025, will return with a focus on healthier and more balanced food options.

The food festival will run for four days from Oct 8 and feature food entrepreneurs from across the country, alongside cooking demonstrations, healthy-eating sessions, community performances and family activities.

It will also feature Podcast Anjung Malaysiaku, Zumba, a fun run and a dining experience incorporating food, arts, culture and lifestyle.

Moonman Event said the integrated format was intended to encourage the public to view health as part of everyday life rather than something to consider only when illness occurs.

"We do not want people to think about their health only when they fall ill. Health should be embraced as a way of life."

"That is why we are bringing four major events together on one platform, giving visitors a complete experience - from health screenings and sporting competitions to healthier food choices, fragrance and family-oriented community activities," the organiser said.

The organiser said the event was also intended to provide opportunities for hospitals, medical centres, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, wellness and fitness brands, food producers, fragrance businesses, government agencies, educational institutions and corporations to participate as exhibitors, sponsors or strategic partners.

With its target of more than 100,000 visitors and 600 exhibitors and brands, MySihat Expo 2026 is expected to become one of the country's larger integrated healthcare, wellness, sports and lifestyle events.
