(1) Main Park: Wednesday to Monday 11:00‑23:00, Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays 10:00‑23:00, closed on Tuesday (except during Malaysian school holidays and public holidays);
(2) Kukuntalu Hawkers: Wednesday to Monday 11:00‑19:00, closed on Tuesday;
(3) Luminous Forest: Monday to Sunday 20:00‑22:00;
Children's ticket is applicable to children aged 0‑12 and over 90cm in height; free of charge for children under 89cm

(2) Children's and senior tickets require identity verification (e.g. birth certificate or passport);
(3) The use of oxygen masks, fins or other snorkelling equipment is prohibited in the swimming pool;
(4) A printed A4‑sized voucher must be presented when redeeming tickets;
(5) Please enter the hot spring and spa centre before leaving the park; the wristband admission ticket will be removed upon exit, and you will not be able to access the rest of the theme park;
(6) After the theme park closes, you may stay for the night hot spring spa; to re‑enter after leaving the park, you must purchase a Lost World Hot Spring Night Experience ticket;
(7) Seniors aged 60 and above may enter with a children's ticket;
(8) Additional Lost World meal vouchers can be used at all restaurants except Tutti Fruity;
