This year's international lineup is bigger than ever, led by Texas Roadhouse and ABV Bar & Kitchen serving authentic American-style BBQ and slow-smoked flavors; Parko Parco brings Florence's classic street-food lampredotto sandwich; CORGYRO offers Mediterranean Greek gyros; and CỘNG CÀ PHÊ adds rich Vietnamese flair.
The carnival also breaks the mold with inventive stuffed street foods: Man Chao Gua Bao reinvents the traditional Taiwanese bun, Rox'z Gourmet serves creamy authentic New Zealand meat pies, and MASA hand-presses corn tortillas for authentic Mexican tacos.

Five-star hotels and star chefs join the fun too, with Regent Taipei, GUSTOSO at Madison Taipei, Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Tableau by Craig Yang, and The Studio chef Jessica crafting market-exclusive burgers available only during these two days.

Beyond burgers and handhelds, the event features a wide range of sides and popular brands: Lao Jing Yakiniku and Mighty Quinn's BBQ heavy meats, Weekend Fried Chicken Club's crispy chicken, Buckskin craft beer, and refreshing desserts from the Frozen Fried Ice Cream food truck and Turtle Bubu small-farm fruit ice maker.
