The Genting Awana Genting Cable Car will serve the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car during the quarterly maintenance period from 12 to 23 January 2026.

If you wish to alight at Chin Swee Cable Car Station and continue taking the cable car to SkyAvenue Station or Awana Station, please keep your ticket
Each cabin can accommodate a maximum of 10 people (including children); you may share the cabin with other visitors depending on group size arrangements, and may share with other visitors
Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage that meets aircraft cabin size dimensions (22 inches x 14 inches x 9 inches) on the cable car. Passengers carrying oversized luggage will be charged an additional fee of MYR 20 per trip; oversized luggage can be stored at the luggage storage service on Level 2 of the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station building, with fees of 20 MYR, 40 MYR, or 60 MYR for 24 hours depending on luggage size
Wheelchairs and strollers can enter the cable car cabin, but please fold the wheelchair or stroller; for safety reasons, they must be folded inside the cabin during the ride
Take the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets cable car and experience the spectacular views — an advanced cable car system serving the highland area. Park your car at the Awana SkyCentral car park, which is conveniently located adjacent to Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, then board the Genting Skyway at Awana Station. In just 10 minutes, you can glide from the mid‑hill Awana Station to the SkyAvenue Station at the summit, ascending 620 metres. Stop along the way to explore Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Taoist temple set on a scenic 28‑acre site, built in honour of the Buddhist monk Qingshui Yan from Fujian province.
The cabins are equipped with specially designed windows and blinds, allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain breeze for the ultimate panoramic experience. You can easily purchase tickets for the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets cable car via Klook, with single trip or round trip options available. Each standard cable car can accommodate up to 10 passengers, with a total of 100 cable cars in operation.
