Chan's Kitchen September Seasonal Crab Feast
The stylish Chinese restaurant Chan's Kitchen at The Charterhouse Causeway Bay is launching a seasonal crab feast this September, where every guest enjoys a whole salt-baked mud crab alongside eight signature refined Cantonese dishes. Minimum booking of four guests, perfect for savoring in-season crab.
Traditional Salt-Baked Mud Crab
Chan's Kitchen carefully selects in-season mud crabs with a well-proportioned size and rich roe. Slow-baked with traditional salt, the savory aroma elevates the crab flavor, drawing out the freshness of the meat while locking in the rich fragrance of the roe. The sweet roe and tender flesh make it a seasonal indulgence for crab lovers.
Eight Signature Cantonese Dishes
The crab feast also features a range of refined Cantonese dishes blending traditional flavors with modern creativity, including drunken abalone in huadiao wine, braised beef shank, salted egg yolk fish skin, caramelized pineapple sweet-and-sour pork, fish maw and conpoy broth with bamboo pith, seasonal greens in superior broth, Chan's fried rice and ginger tea glutinous rice dumplings.
