A new French bistro, Bistrot's Suzette, has opened in Kai Tak, bringing a Parisian ambience to the neighbourhood with elegant burgundy-striped walls, hand-painted murals and glossy red tables. The menu spotlights classic French dishes including slow-braised beef bourguignon, steak frites and the signature Suzette orange crepe soufflé.
Main Course Highlights
The beef bourguignon is slow-braised until tender and melts in the mouth; the steak frites is served with a rich, bold black-pepper sauce for an authentic French flavour; and the duck confit with lentils features golden, crispy skin over lentils that soak up the meat juices for layered texture.
Signature Suzette Orange Crepe Soufflé
Desserts are made fresh daily in the in-house bakery. The signature Suzette orange crepe soufflé wraps a fluffy soufflé inside a thin crepe, finished with orange sauce and orange liqueur; also on offer are French apple tart and crème caramel.
