Two Full Sets in One Night, No Opening Act
"An Evening with Wilco" is a special format the band designed as an immersive experience: two complete Wilco sets in a single evening, separated by a short interval and with no support act, giving fans a deep dive into a vast and ever-evolving catalogue.
A Setlist Spanning Three Decades
The Rome date is part of a new international tour marking the group's return to the live stage, with a setlist that travels across more than thirty years of material — from iconic favourites to recent gems. It also draws on the 2023 studio album "Cousin" and last year's EP "Hot Sun Cool Shroud", which music outlet Treble called "unsurprisingly excellent".
About Wilco: One of Indie Rock's Most Influential Bands
For over thirty years, Wilco have been one of the most influential forces in independent music. The Chicago rock band has released 13 studio albums, won multiple Grammy Awards and founded its own label, dBpm Records. The current lineup — Jeff Tweedy, John Stirratt, Glenn Kotche, Pat Sansone, Nels Cline and Mikael Jorgensen — is regarded as one of the most solid and acclaimed live acts around. Their latest album, "Cousin", arrived in 2023, followed in 2024 by the EP "Hot Sun Cool Shroud", confirming the band's ability to reinvent themselves while keeping a strong artistic identity.
