A One Piece pop-up experience is taking over Vancouver for a limited time
MINISO is hosting a One Piece pop-up experience in Vancouver this month, stocked with plushies, blind boxes and accessories inspired by the hit anime series. On top of the merch, the pop-up features photo installations and on-site promotions to help you get into the spirit.
Here's a closer look at what's waiting inside.
What to expect at the pop-up experience
The Grand Court at Metropolis at Metrotown has been transformed into a One Piece-inspired space, with an interior designed to look like a ship and packed with colourful details drawn from the series. You can wander through the space, check out plenty of photo installations and snap some Instagram-worthy shots. You'll also have the chance to meet some of your favourite One Piece characters, so keep your camera ready for a photo op.
According to MINISO, the merchandise is reason enough to stop by. You'll find everything from character-inspired collectibles to cute accessories and everyday items — and if you're worried about your wallet, in-store promotions running throughout the pop-up might make it a little easier to justify adding to your collection.
The One Piece pop-up runs daily until Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, so you still have plenty of time to head to Metrotown and see it for yourself. Who knows — you might leave with a few new items you definitely didn't plan on buying.
