After payment is successful, check your email or SMS, present the e‑ticket QR code for verification to enter;

10:00‑18:00 (Last entry at 17:30). If operating hours are adjusted, please refer to the display on the day;

(2) The observation deck is accessible only by elevator;

(3) Information boards are located throughout the observation deck. You can use your own mobile device and earphones for a free audio guide;

(4) Free Wi‑Fi is available;

(5) Tripods are not allowed on the deck at Vancouver Lookout;

(6) The observation deck may close early for private events;

(7) Wheelchair accessible;
