This Massive 12-Acre Corn Maze Just Opened an Hour from Vancouver — And It's Ready for Its 28th Season
The Chilliwack Corn Maze, a beloved fixture for families and adventure seekers alike, has thrown open its gates for another season of down-on-the-farm fun.
Now in its 28th year, Greendale Acres' legendary maze is back in 2026 with a brand-new design carved into the sprawling cornfield — and longtime visitors are already buzzing about it.
The 12-acre labyrinth officially welcomed guests earlier this week, designed with all age groups in mind so nobody feels left out of the adventure.
"The corn maze has always been more than an attraction for us," shares Vanessa Oddy of Greendale Acres. "It's the moment that summer truly begins. Families return year after year, and every journey through the maze becomes part of their story."
"Our corn maze invites guests to unplug, explore, and experience the beauty of summer together down on the farm. Here at Greendale Acres, summer isn't just a weekend event — it's a season to experience."
A day trip to Greendale Acres is well worth the drive. Between the enormous corn maze, tractor and hay rides, friendly farm animals, kids' activities, and more, you're looking at a full day of non-stop entertainment.
Be sure to mark your calendar for the farm's special events, including the Chilliwack Corn Festival running August 1–3 and again on August 8–9.
Festival highlights include corn-shucking and corn-eating contests, face painting, and live music performances every single day of the celebration.
Other upcoming happenings include the Sundown Music Series on select dates through August and September, a Golden Hour flower workshop and painting workshop on August 20 and 27, Princess Day on August 22, and a summer send-off celebration on September 5.
Round out your visit with Mid-Week Magic at Greendale Acres, Summer Mornings on the Farm, and fresh-roasted corn available starting August 1.
