Kyoto Ramen "Kairikiya" Opens at Taipei Main Station on 1 September
Famous Kyoto ramen chain "Kairikiya" continues its Taiwan expansion, officially opening on the 2nd floor of Taipei Main Station on 1 September. The brand is running a two-day opening event, giving a "free ramen voucher" to the first 50 dining guests each day.

Founded in 2005, Kairikiya is best known for its signature "Kyoto soy-sauce ramen," built on aged Kyoto soy sauce that gives the broth a rich umami without being overly salty. Alongside the classic broth, Kairikiya has also created a Taiwan-exclusive "Kyoto chicken paitan soy sauce" — a long-simmered chicken broth that is silky, rich in natural collagen and balanced with aged soy sauce.
Opening Event
To celebrate its 1 September opening at Taipei Main Station's 2nd-floor mall, Kairikiya is giving free ramen vouchers to the first 50 dining guests each day for two consecutive days.
Taiwan Branches
Kairikiya currently operates branches in Taipei (flagship), Taichung Chungkang, Tainan Hsiaopeimen and Kaohsiung Zuoying, with the Taipei Main Station branch opening on 1 September.
