Kaohsiung "Yi Chuan Noodles": 5 Signature Mixed-Noodle Flavours

Located next to the Kaohsiung Cultural Center, "Yi Chuan Noodles" offers a wide-ranging menu headlined by five mixed-noodle flavours — garlic, sesame, chopped-chili century egg, tomato century egg and truffle cream. Rice dishes, curry, side dishes and fried snacks are also available. Every main comes with a soft-boiled egg, two small sides and a clear pork-bone broth (free refills for dine-in).
