For nearly 50 years the event has celebrated the authentic flavours, conviviality and traditions of the Pisoniano community.
The undisputed star is the signature "Sagne co' gliù beccalà", made the traditional way — an ancient pasta of water and flour, rolled by hand and served with baccalà (salt cod), the starring ingredient of Pisoniano and the Monti Prenestini culinary tradition.
Visitors can also enjoy other food stalls, music and dancing with the folk group "Erre sei", and free wine for everyone.
