Each dessert tells a story. The showstopper is the Volcano Cake, oozing with berry lava, while the Dinosaur Footprint Matcha Roll Cake pairs bitter green-tea cream with playful imprints. The Amber Jelly — inspired by sap fossilised over hundreds of millions of years — adds a geologically themed sparkle to the spread. Every guest also receives one exclusive Dinosaur Parfait: layers of melon jelly, mousse and Jersey milk ice cream crowned with a dinosaur-shaped cookie — a theatrical finish to the summer sweets line-up.
