Purchase online > Receive SMS > Book online. After receiving the code, you can open the URL in the SMS to book and use. After placing the booking order, you need to wait for the merchant to confirm whether the booking is successful. This product must be booked at least by 23:59 on the day before the specified visit date. Product quantities are limited and available while stocks last. Ticket types may be suspended or discontinued based on park operations and management needs, so please book as early as possible.

(1) Unbooked products support a full refund at any time; refunds are not available after a successful booking. (2) Refunds and modifications are not allowed once tickets have been collected, circus seat numbers have been assigned, or entry has been made using credentials. (3) If you need to modify the date, circus showtime, or visitor's name, please apply for a refund and rebook. (4) For other refund and modification rules, please refer to the 《Booking Notes》.

(1) For the same park/theater, a ticket purchaser using the same valid ID document may purchase a maximum of 3 tickets for the same visit date, and a maximum of 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding child tickets). The purchase limits for member points redemption, member‑exclusive benefits, and other restricted purchase products shall be subject to the campaign rules and system prompts. (2) For cases where one or more tickets are purchased for the same date and the same park/circus venue using the same ID document, the cardholder must use one of the tickets to enter the park or venue, and accompanying visitors booked under the same ID must also pass ticket verification and enter the park or venue together with the cardholder. Annual pass holders who wish to enter the park using their annual pass must not use their own ID document to purchase tickets for others. (3) Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal liability for any acts of reselling tickets or any other illegal commercial purposes by ticket purchasers.

(1) To enhance the visitor experience, ensure everyone's ticketing rights, and achieve safe, orderly, and fast park entry, Chimelong Resort implements entry by swiping the original valid ID document. Visitors must bring the original valid ID document matching the order, and entry is verified through person‑ID matching. Valid ID documents include: Mainland Resident Second‑Generation ID Card, Passport, Residence Permit for Mainland Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and Foreigner Permanent Residence Identity Card. Please ensure that the ID details of the visitor/user filled in at the time of booking are accurate, true, and complete. Any failure to verify, enter, or any losses caused by inaccurate or incorrect submitted information and data shall be borne by the user. Child visitors should be booked using the ID of an accompanying adult visitor and enter the park together with that adult visitor. (2) For visitors enjoying ticket discounts, if age verification is required upon park entry, please cooperate by presenting the following original valid identity proofs to verify whether your age meets the applicable standards defined by the ticket age category. Visitors from Mainland China must present the 《Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China》; visitors from Hong Kong and Macao, China must present the 《Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents》 or 《Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents of the People's Republic of China》; visitors from Taiwan, China must present the 《Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents》 or 《Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China》; visitors from other countries and regions must present a valid passport. If you do not meet the corresponding standards, you are required to pay the price difference for the applicable ticket. (3) In the event that visitors are unable to verify their tickets on the day of the visit due to forgotten, lost, damaged IDs, or other circumstances, please present another photo‑bearing ID with an ID number filled in at the time of booking, such as a temporary ID card, driver's license, or social security card, to undergo person‑ID matching verification and ticket collection at the corresponding park or circus ticket office.
