1. Please pay attention to the actual show times of the day's performances and arrange your viewing schedule accordingly. Seats in the performance theatres are not assigned and are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Admission begins 30 minutes before the show.

2. Rides have specific requirements for height, weight, age and accompaniment. Please consider your own physical condition before riding. The specific riding requirements are subject to the on‑site notices in the park.

3. For some family‑friendly rides in the park, children must be accompanied by an adult (or when an adult rides with a child), and both adults and children are required to purchase tickets in accordance with the regulations.

4. Some amusement facilities in the park are not suitable for pregnant women, persons under the influence of alcohol, or visitors suffering from hypertension, heart disease, neck or back conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or those medically deemed unfit for strenuous activities. Visitors are advised to choose their rides carefully.

5. Visitors should take care of their ticket collection codes and never disclose them to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in the inability to enter the park normally, and a new ticket must be purchased. If a paper ticket has been issued, please keep it safe. Tickets are not name‑specific and cannot be reissued if lost. If visitors are unable to enter the park or enjoy rides normally due to loss or damage caused by personal reasons, a new ticket must be purchased.

6. Visitors who cooperate with facial recognition information collection are deemed to have consented to Sunac collecting and storing their facial recognition information. Once recorded, the facial recognition information cannot be changed, and the registered facial recognition information is used solely for ride experience identification.

7. For performances not mentioned on the ticket or paid performances introduced by the park, please purchase separate tickets if you wish to watch them.

8. Some facilities and rides in the park may be temporarily closed for annual maintenance and inspection. Please refer to the on‑site notices for reopening times.

Guangzhou Sunac Land Safety and Security Check Notice

1. To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please actively cooperate with security checks. Do not bring flammable, explosive or other dangerous items, or state‑regulated devices. All outside food, beverages, drinking water — including but not limited to the above items (except baby food) — and any other items that staff consider to be potential safety hazards are not permitted into the park.

2. For safety reasons, the scenic area may adjust opening and closing times, ride or show availability and schedules due to abnormal weather, special events, visitor saturation, equipment maintenance and other force majeure factors. Please refer to the actual on‑site announcements on the day of your visit.

3. All amusement rides are subject to regular daily, weekly and annual inspections. Such maintenance work may cause delays or temporary closures of some rides. Please refer to the on‑site notices for details. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
