Ski Area

The ski area features a total elevation drop of 66 metres, with five slopes of varying difficulty, gradients ranging from 7.6° to 21°, an average width of 35 metres, and snow depth maintained at 50 centimetres year‑round. Uphill facilities include 1 double chairlift and 5 magic carpets.

★ Snowboard Practice Slope

The slope is wide open, approximately 35 metres wide, 70 metres long, with a gradient of about 10°. It is therefore slightly steeper than typical snowboard practice slopes. Beginners should first practise strapping in and riding on the flat area, mastering basic stance and stopping techniques before daring to try new moves from the very top.

★ Little Bear Slope

The Little Bear Slope is wide and open, approximately 50 metres wide, 70 metres long, with a gradient of about 8°. The overall sliding speed is slower, making it suitable for complete beginners. Children can confidently practise here.

★ Snow Rabbit Slope

The Snow Rabbit Slope is approximately 35 metres wide, 300 metres long, with a gradient of about 10°. As the slope with the highest skier density and the most popular in the entire ski resort, it is suitable for skiers who have already mastered basic skiing stance, falling, and stopping techniques. At the same time, because the gradient and width of the slope are particularly suitable for snowboard/ski enthusiasts to practise GROUND TRICKS, it is affectionately known as the "Flat Trick Boulevard".

★ Reindeer Slope

The Reindeer Slope is approximately 35 metres wide, 230 metres long, with an average gradient of about 14.8°. It is suitable for lower‑intermediate and intermediate skiers. The upper section has a gradient of about 18°, testing your stability in basic sliding movements and courage on intermediate to advanced gradients, while the lower section has a gradient of about 10‑12°, where you can fully enjoy the pleasure of CARVING. In addition, we have also added mogul and wave runs on the lower section, allowing you to experience extraordinary terrain.

★ Tiger Slope

The Tiger Slope is approximately 35 metres wide, 220 metres long, with an average gradient of about 16.8°. Because the "XX" ski terrain park is built on this slope, it attracts the highest‑level skiers in the resort. Sitting on the chairlift, you will often see riders practising on rails and jumps. Of course, this slope also meets your needs for carving and edge‑to‑edge skiing.

Snow Play Area

★ Snow Flying Saucer

1. After completing your ticket purchase, please use your ticket collection code and valid identification to exchange for a snow card at the resort's self‑service card machine or ticket counter.

2. Entry Notice: Visitors must present their valid ID and snow card to enter the resort. Swipe the card at the gate to start the timing.

3. Snowboard Equipment Collection Process: After entering the warm area, collect your equipment (ski suit, snow boots, locker band) at the rental counter. After changing, proceed to the rental counter to collect your helmet, then enter the cold area of the resort. Collect your snowboard at the rental area inside the resort.

4. For skiing enthusiasts who enjoy challenging high‑difficulty slopes, the advanced slopes with a total elevation drop of 66 metres and the two terrain parks (Beginner Terrain Park and FAW Audi Terrain Park) allow you to unlock new skiing skills and experience the unlimited charm of all‑terrain skiing!

5. After finishing your play, return your equipment at each rental area, ensure no belongings are left behind, swipe your card to exit, and your time ends (additional fees will be charged on‑site for overtime).

1. How to choose a ticket?

Hot Snow Wonderland is divided into a snow play area and a ski area, and tickets for the two areas are sold separately. Snow play tickets include ice amusement rides such as Ice Bumper Cars, Ice Bicycles, and Tulip Slides. Ski tickets allow you to ski and are available in 3‑hour, 4‑hour, and unlimited time options. Specific slope access rights are detailed in the product description. Beginners are advised to choose the 3‑hour beginner/intermediate ski option. If you wish to experience both skiing and snow play, you can choose the 4‑hour (ski + snow play) combo product.

2. How to buy tickets for adults and children?

Hot Snow Wonderland tickets are priced the same for adults and children, with no concessions or free tickets. Ski suits available at the resort range from 70cm to 200cm in size.

3. Are equipment and gear included in the ticket?

Hot Snow Wonderland tickets include equipment. Snow play tickets include ski suit/snow boots/locker, and ski tickets include ski suit/ski boots/snowboard/helmet/locker. Snowboards are available in both snowboard and ski types, and you must choose one when you collect your gear at entry; no changes can be made afterwards.

4. Do I need to bring my ID card to enter?

Hot Snow Wonderland operates a real‑name reservation and entry system. You must bring a valid personal identification document (including ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Hong Kong/Macau ID, etc.) and present your ID plus snow card for entry.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland Visiting Notice

1. With your snow card, you may choose to collect either snowboard or ski equipment. No changes are supported after collection.

2. On the day of your visit, please be sure to bring the visitor's valid identification document. If the ID presented on the day of visit does not match the ticket purchase information, it will be deemed as automatically waiving the right to use the ticket, and entry to the resort will not be permitted, with no refund or change.

3. Please keep your ticket collection code secure and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in failure to enter the resort normally, and a new ticket will need to be purchased. After obtaining your snow card, keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the resort or play normally due to loss or damage, a new ticket will need to be purchased. During your visit, please keep your ticket at all times and present it when requested by staff.

4. Certain rides have requirements regarding height, weight, age, and accompaniment. Play restrictions are as follows; specific details are subject to the on‑site notice at the resort.

(1) Adventure Trail: Limited to guests taller than 1.4 metres and weighing under 100 KG. Those with acrophobia should not participate;

(2) Snow Flying Saucer: Limited to guests weighing under 90 KG. Minors under 1.2 metres must be accompanied by an adult;

1. When participating in snow and ice activities, please act within your limits, follow the arrangements of the staff, and ensure the personal safety of yourself and others. Minors should participate in activities accompanied by an adult with full civil capacity. Elderly people and pregnant women are not advised to participate in strenuous snow and ice sports;

2. Some snow play activities in the resort are not suitable for guests suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or any condition where doctors advise against strenuous exercise. Please choose carefully based on your actual physical condition.

3. For the safety of your person and property and that of others, please carefully read and strictly comply with all safety notices, site rules, and amusement facility usage guidelines posted in the resort, including the "Entry Notice" and "Snow Play Activity Notice". Please pay close attention to the on‑site notices, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, and broadcast announcements at snow play facilities. If you have any questions, please consult the on‑site staff. Please use all amusement facilities properly and follow the arrangements of the on‑site staff.

4. Always pay attention to safety during play (watch out for others, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.). Do not linger in the stopping zones or buffer zones of snow play activities.

5. If you experience any discomfort, personal injury, or property damage during play, please seek help from the on‑site staff immediately.

6. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following actions:

(1) Engaging in play beyond the scope of the product's agreed rights (including areas, activities, etc.), conducting unregistered or unauthorised ski lessons/ski technique instruction, commercial photography, live streaming, personal vending, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for the purpose of resale, or improper use for other purposes;

(2) Allowing others to use your product rights through transfer, resale, or lending;

(3) Any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behaviour by visitors;

(4) Behaviour that seriously disrupts the normal operation of the resort or seriously endangers the personal or property safety of others;

(5) Other inappropriate behaviour.

In such cases, the resort has the right to take any or all of the following measures at any time without incurring liability for compensation or other breach of contract:

(1) Place you on the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland blacklist (you will be barred from entering Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland), the Hot Snow Wonderland brand blacklist (you will be barred from entering various Hot Snow Wonderland ski resorts and other jointly operated ski resorts), and the industry alliance blacklist;

(2) Revoke, void, or freeze your product and rights. Any unused remaining period/fees will not be extended, deferred, or refunded;

(3) Charge a penalty of 30% of the order amount. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, the resort reserves the right to claim further compensation.

7. Smoking is prohibited inside the resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke). To maintain a pleasant play environment, please do not smoke inside the resort. Otherwise, you will be placed on the visitor blacklist and barred from entering for 15 days.

8. Personal vending is prohibited inside the resort. Please do not bring excessive items into the resort. Bulk or cooked food items are prone to spoilage and may cause food safety issues. Visitors are advised to consume them before entering the resort.

9. For the safety of you and other visitors, please actively submit to security checks. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or other dangerous goods or state‑controlled implements. All outside food, beverages, drinking water, including but not limited to the above items (except infant food), and any other items deemed by staff to pose safety hazards are not permitted into the resort.

10. To ensure your safety, if any abnormal condition or malfunction occurs in the resort's facilities or equipment during operation, they must be shut down for inspection. Some facilities or equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, ticket extensions or refunds will not be provided.

11. Due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety, or order reasons, the resort's operating hours or the opening status of any facility may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual on‑site announcements on the day of your visit.
