(1) This ticket allows single entry to Zhengjia Penguin Ice & Snow World on the specified visit date;

Entry Time:

　　Zhengjia Rainforest Ecological Botanical Garden Ticketing Gate 10:00~21:30;

　　Zhengjia Penguin Ice & Snow World Ticketing Gate 11:00~19:30 (Monday to Friday or statutory working days), 10:00~21:30 (Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays, May to August);

　　Wawa Amusement City (Redemption Centre) Ticketing Gate 10:00~21:00;

　　Zhengjia Cyber Sports Space Visitor Centre 18:00~21:00;

(2) Seniors aged 65 years old (inclusive) or above, persons weighing 90 kg or more, and pregnant women are not recommended to enter Zhengjia Penguin Ice & Snow World. If they wish to enter, they must sign a "Disclaimer" before admission;

(3) Effective immediately, a time‑limited visit of 2.5 hours will be implemented for entry into the Ice & Snow World. Overtime will incur a fee of RMB 1 per minute;

(4) Children's ticket standard: Height 1m (inclusive) to 1.5m (exclusive) or aged 3 years old (inclusive) to 12 years old (exclusive);

(1) Applicable for the admission of one child visitor with a height of 1m (inclusive) to 1.5m (exclusive) or aged 3 years old (inclusive) to 12 years old (exclusive). Visitors purchasing this ticket must be accompanied by a visitor aged 18 years old or above who purchases the ticket; children are not allowed to enter alone;

(2) To enhance the visitor experience, ensure everyone's ticketing rights, and achieve safe, orderly, and quick entry, the scenic spot implements an admission measure of swiping the valid original second‑generation ID card of Mainland residents. On the day of the visit, visitors must bring the valid original second‑generation ID card of Mainland residents matching the order. Admission is granted only after successful verification of the person and the document. Please ensure that the ID information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any failure to verify, use, enter, or any loss caused by inaccurate or false submitted information shall be borne by the user. For child visitors, please fill in the ID of the accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter together with that adult visitor. If the ID document you hold is not a second‑generation ID card of Mainland residents (e.g., Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, etc.), you must fill in true and valid ID document information when purchasing the ticket. On the day of admission, bring the original valid ID document filled in during ticket purchase to the scenic spot's customer service centre to register facial information, and then go to the park's ticketing gate with the original valid ID document and relevant vouchers for face scan verification for entry;

(3) After purchasing this ticket, present the original personal ID document at the ticketing gate on the 7th floor of Zhengjia Plaza at Zhengjia Penguin Ice & Snow World, and swipe your ID card for verification and entry;

(4) This ticket allows single entry to Zhengjia Penguin Ice & Snow World on the specified visit date;

(5) Entry Time: 10:00‑21:30;

(6) Refund Policy: Multiple tickets in the same order do not support partial refunds. Tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled after expiration or after swiping the ID card at the ticketing gate;

(7) Effective immediately, a time‑limited visit of 2.5 hours will be implemented for entry into the Ice & Snow World. Overtime will incur a fee of RMB 1 per minute. In April 2025, there will be no time limit for visits;

(8) Seniors aged 65 years old (inclusive) or above, persons weighing 90 kg or more, and pregnant women are not recommended to enter Zhengjia Penguin Ice & Snow World. If they wish to enter, they must sign a "Disclaimer" before admission;

Due to the specific nature of the ice and snow area, it is recommended to wear non‑slip sports shoes;
