(1) Tourists requiring a shuttle must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Failure to fill in or filling in a non‑designated pick‑up point name will be considered as travelling to the port on your own;

(2) Shuttle service is not provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 13:00, departure at 13:30 sharp);

Please arrive at the designated point at least 5 minutes early. Look for staff wearing blue work clothes with the word 'NEWS' printed on them.

(1) The activity is conducted entirely in Japanese. The boat size may be adjusted depending on the group size. Thank you for your understanding;

(2) For children aged 0‑5 boarding the boat, a JPY 3,000 cash fee is required on‑site. They may be refused boarding under poor sea conditions;

(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times. 'Free diving' is strictly prohibited during snorkelling; you must wear a life jacket when entering the water;

(4) Tourists requiring a shuttle must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Failure to fill in or filling in a non‑designated pick‑up point name will be considered as travelling to the port on your own;

(5) Shuttle service is not provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 13:00, departure at 13:30 sharp);

(6) If the shuttle bus is full, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way there or adjust to another session. Thank you for your understanding;

(7) If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, date and session changes are not possible free of charge, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please allow ample time for travel;

(8) In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact details provided. Please pay attention;

(9) Unless the rain makes sailing difficult, the boat will depart as usual even on rainy days. If a guest chooses to cancel on a rainy day, no refund will be given. Please be aware;

(10) Women can still dive during their menstrual period. However, due to conditions like menstrual cramps, it may be difficult to enter the water. Please consider this when making a reservation. Free cancellations or changes cannot be made for reasons related to menstrual cramps. Thank you for your understanding;

(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on‑site at JPY 3,500/unit. Photos will be transferred to the guest's phone;

(12) On the day of the experience, the crew members on board will take photos of the guests randomly. The photos can be downloaded for free. Detailed instructions for downloading will be provided on‑site;

(13) It is recommended to bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, slippers, and seasickness medication (guests prone to seasickness or unsure if they get seasick are advised to take the medication in advance, as it is not available for purchase on‑site);

(14) Please wear your swimwear under your regular clothes before gathering;
