Shuttle service is available from 12:40 to 13:10;

(1) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Failure to provide or incorrectly providing the designated pick‑up point name will be considered as making your own way to the port;

(2) No shuttle service is provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 13:00, boat departs promptly at 13:30);

(1) The activity is conducted entirely in Japanese. The size of the boat may be adjusted depending on the group size. Your understanding is appreciated;

(2) If bringing infants aged 0‑5 on board, a boarding fee of JPY 3,000 must be paid in cash on‑site. Boarding may be refused if sea conditions are unfavourable;

(3) A life jacket must be worn at all times. 'Free diving' is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Please ensure you wear a life jacket when entering the water;

(4) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Failure to provide or incorrectly providing the designated pick‑up point name will be considered as making your own way to the port;

(5) No shuttle service is provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 13:00, boat departs promptly at 13:30);

(6) If the shuttle bus is fully booked, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way to the port or reschedule to another session. Your understanding is appreciated;

(7) If you cannot arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, no free date or session changes are possible, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please allow ample travel time;

(8) Cancellations or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as weather or sea conditions will be communicated to guests via the provided contact information. Please pay attention;

(9) Unless the rain makes navigation difficult, the boat will depart as usual even in rainy weather. If guests cancel voluntarily due to rain, no refund will be given. Please be aware;

(10) Women may still dive during their menstrual period. However, as it may not be possible to enter the water due to menstrual pain, please consider this when booking. Free cancellation or rescheduling due to menstrual pain is not possible. Your understanding is appreciated;

(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on‑site for JPY 3,500 each. Photos will be transferred to your phone;

(12) Staff on board may take photos of guests during the experience. These photos can be downloaded for free, and the download method will be explained in detail on‑site;

(13) It is recommended to bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, slippers, and seasickness medication (for guests prone to seasickness or unsure if they are, it is recommended to take medication in advance; it cannot be purchased on‑site);

(14) Please wear your swimsuit under your regular clothes before gathering;
