(2) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated shuttle stop name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Failure to fill in or filling in a non‑designated stop name will be considered as self‑arranged transport to the port;
(3) Shuttle service is not provided outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 08:30, depart promptly at 09:00);

(1) The activity is conducted entirely in Japanese. The size of the boat may be adjusted depending on the group size, please understand;
(2) If bringing infants aged 0‑5 on board, an additional JPY 3,000 boarding fee must be paid in cash on‑site. In poor sea conditions, boarding may be refused;
(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times. ‘Free diving’ is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Life jackets must be worn when entering the water;
(4) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated shuttle stop name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Failure to fill in or filling in a non‑designated stop name will be considered as self‑arranged transport to the port;
(5) Shuttle service is not provided outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 08:30, depart promptly at 09:00);
(6) If the shuttle bus is full, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way to the port or reschedule to another session, please understand;
(7) Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day will result in no free date/time changes and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please allow ample time to arrive;
(8) In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact details provided, please pay attention;
(9) Departures will proceed as scheduled even in rain, as long as it does not hinder the boat's navigation. If guests choose to cancel due to rain, no refund will be issued, please be aware;
(10) Women can still dive during their menstrual period, but may be unable to enter the water due to conditions like menstrual pain. Please consider this when booking; free cancellation or changes due to menstrual pain are not possible, thank you for your understanding;
(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on‑site at JPY 3,500 per unit. Photos will be transferred to your phone;
(12) The crew on board will take random photos of guests during the experience, which can be downloaded for free. Detailed instructions for downloading will be provided on‑site;
(13) It is recommended to bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, slippers, and seasickness medication (guests prone to seasickness or unsure should take medication beforehand, as it cannot be purchased on‑site);
(14) Please wear your swimsuit under your regular clothes before gathering;

09:00 Depart for the Kerama Islands sea area: Set sail on a large twin‑hull speedboat accommodating up to 60 people, cruising smoothly towards the Kerama Islands, approximately 35 km from Okinawa's main island. Free tea, shower facilities and washrooms are available on board for a comfortable and convenient journey. Enjoy the seascape along the way and get a foretaste of the relaxed island atmosphere.


09:30‑11:30 Core experience time (snorkelling + fish feeding + parasailing): Our staff will explain the snorkelling safety notes (on‑site briefing is conducted in Japanese; your kind understanding is appreciated), and help you gear up. Even if you have zero experience, there's no need to worry — with life jackets and professional guidance, you can safely dive into the embrace of "Kerama Blue", interact closely with colourful corals and schools of tropical fish, feed them, and immerse yourself in exploring the underwater wonderland.

12:00 Return and disperse: Arrive back at Miegusuku Port. A dedicated vehicle will take you back to your hotel in Naha city; guests without transfer needs may disperse on their own at the port, giving you the flexibility to smoothly connect with your afternoon plans.
