Naha Miejo Port (Naha City Nishi 3‑20)

(1) Fixed‑point shuttle service is available from 08:00‑08:30;

(2) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the fixed‑point shuttle name when ordering, not the name of their actual hotel. Failure to fill in or filling in a name other than the fixed‑point shuttle name will be deemed as proceeding to the port on your own;

(3) Shuttle service is not provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 08:30, depart promptly at 09:00);

(3) Asthma, shortness of breath, or other conditions hindering normal breathing;

(4) Chronic bronchitis;

(5) Chest diseases such as tuberculosis, pneumonia;

(6) History of chest surgery;

(7) Chronic sinusitis;

(8) Pneumothorax;

(9) Chronic diseases of the brain, spine, or nervous system;

(10) History of fainting or epileptic/seizure episodes;

(11) History of major surgery;

(12) Mobility impairment due to surgery or any other reason;

(13) Diabetes or currently on medication;

(14) Any degree of heart disease;

(15) High blood pressure or currently on medication;

(16) Ear surgery or history of eardrum perforation;

(17) Difficulty equalising ear pressure during flights (ear pain);

(18) Bleeding or clotting disorders;

(19) History of bleeding incidents or decompression sickness;

(1) The entire activity is conducted in Japanese. The size of the boat may be adjusted depending on the group size. Thank you for your understanding;

(2) If bringing infants aged 0‑5 on board, the infant boarding fee of 3,000 yen must be paid on‑site in cash in Japanese Yen. In poor sea conditions, boarding may be refused;

(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times. 'Free diving' is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Please ensure you wear a life jacket when entering the sea;

(4) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the fixed‑point shuttle name when ordering, not the name of their actual hotel. Failure to fill in or filling in a name other than the fixed‑point shuttle name will be deemed as proceeding to the port on your own;

(5) Shuttle service is not provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 08:30, depart promptly at 09:00);

(6) If the shuttle bus is full, guests will be notified in advance and will need to proceed on their own or adjust to another available time slot. Thank you for your understanding;

(7) If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time on the activity day, date and time slot changes cannot be made free of charge, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please allow sufficient travel time;

(8) If the activity is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact information provided. Please pay attention;

(9) Unless the rain makes it difficult for the boat to sail, the activity will depart as usual even on rainy days. If guests decide not to participate on a rainy day and cancel, no refund will be given. Please be aware;

(10) Women can still dive during their menstrual period. However, they may be unable to enter the water due to menstrual pain. Please consider this when booking. Free date changes or cancellations cannot be made due to menstrual pain. Thank you for your understanding;

(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on‑site at 3,500 yen per unit. Photos will be transferred to the guest's phone;

(12) On the day of the experience, the crew on board will take random photos of guests. These can be downloaded for free. Detailed download instructions will be provided on‑site;

(13) It is recommended to bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, slippers, and seasickness medication (guests who are prone to seasickness or unsure if they are should take medication in advance themselves, as medication cannot be purchased on‑site);

(14) Please wear your swimsuit under your regular clothes before arriving at the meeting point;
