(1) Shuttle service is available from 08:00‑08:30;
(2) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated shuttle stop name when placing the order; the actual hotel name must not be provided. Failure to fill in or providing a non‑designated stop name will be treated as guests making their own way to the port for assembly;
(3) Shuttle service is not available for areas outside the designated pick‑up points; guests should proceed to the port on their own (assembly at 08:30, departure promptly at 09:00);

(5) Tuberculosis, pneumonia, or other chest diseases;
(6) Previous chest surgery;
(7) Chronic sinusitis;
(8) Pneumothorax;
(9) Long‑term diseases of the brain, spine, or nervous system;
(10) History of fainting, epilepsy, or convulsions;
(11) Major surgery in the past;
(12) Mobility impairment due to surgery or any other reason;
(13) Diabetes or currently taking medication;
(14) Heart disease of any degree;
(15) High blood pressure or currently taking medication;
(16) Previous ear surgery or perforated eardrum;
(17) Difficulty equalising ear pressure during flights (ear pain);
(18) Bleeding or coagulation disorders;
(19) History of bleeding incidents or decompression sickness;

(1) The activity is conducted entirely in Japanese. The vessel size may be adjusted depending on the group size; your understanding is appreciated;
(2) If bringing infants aged 0‑5 on board, the infant fare of JPY 3,000 must be paid in cash in Japanese Yen on site. Boarding may be refused under poor sea conditions;
(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times. Free diving is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Life jackets must be worn when entering the water;
(4) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated shuttle stop name when placing the order; the actual hotel name must not be provided. Failure to fill in or providing a non‑designated stop name will be treated as guests making their own way to the port for assembly;
(5) Shuttle service is not available for areas outside the designated pick‑up points; guests should proceed to the port on their own (assembly at 08:30, departure promptly at 09:00);
(6) If the shuttle bus is fully booked, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way or switch to another session; your understanding is appreciated;
(7) If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, changes to the date or session cannot be made free of charge, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please allow sufficient time to arrive;
(8) If the activity is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact details provided; please stay tuned;
(9) The boat will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather as long as navigation is not impeded. If guests choose not to participate due to rain, no refund will be given; please be aware;
(10) Diving is permitted during menstruation; however, participants may not be able to enter the water due to menstrual discomfort. Please take this into consideration when making a reservation, as free cancellations or changes cannot be made due to menstrual discomfort; your understanding is appreciated;
(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on site at JPY 3,500 per unit; photos will be transferred to guests' phones;
(12) On the day of the experience, onboard staff will take photos of guests at random; these can be downloaded free of charge. Detailed instructions for downloading will be provided on site;
(13) Guests are advised to bring swimwear, towels, a change of clothes, slippers, and motion sickness medication (guests who are prone to motion sickness or unsure whether they are susceptible are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance, as it is not available for purchase on site);
(14) Please wear your swimwear underneath your regular clothing before arriving at the meeting point;

Upon arrival at the port, look for the “NEWS” flag to gather, quickly complete equipment confirmation, boarding registration and storage of valuables, then set off on your ocean adventure with ease. 09:00 Board a large twin‑hull speedboat with a capacity of 60 passengers, equipped with free tea, showers and restrooms, and head comfortably to the Kerama Islands waters.

09:30‑11:30 Enjoy a 2‑hour fun‑filled ocean experience. Professional instructors explain the safety guidelines, you put on your life jacket – even complete beginners can snorkel with peace of mind. Dive into crystal‑clear glass‑like water, swim alongside vibrant tropical fish, feed the lively little fish by hand, and feel the healing joy as fish surround you. In this national park waters, you may also encounter sea turtles swimming gracefully, immersing yourself in the wonders of the pristine underwater world.

If sea conditions are not suitable for sea turtle spotting that day, it will be replaced free of charge with one of the following water activities of your choice: banana boat, jet ski, U‑tube, water sofa or doughnut ride – the fun continues. Please note that on‑site commentary is provided in Japanese. Professional photographers follow the tour throughout, capturing every memorable moment you share with the ocean.

12:00 Return safely to Miegusuku Port, concluding a joyful half‑day tour. Guests with pickup will be driven back to their hotels; those without pickup are free to leave on their own at the port – flexible scheduling with no rush.
