(1) For guests requiring shuttle service, you must fill in the designated shuttle stop name when placing the order. Do not fill in your actual hotel name. Failure to fill in or filling in a non‑designated shuttle stop name will be considered as making your own way to the port for assembly;

(2) Shuttle service is not provided to areas outside the designated meeting points. Please make your own way to the port for assembly (assembly at 13:00, departure promptly at 13:30);

Thank you for your understanding: Asthma, shortness of breath or other conditions hindering normal breathing; chronic bronchitis, tuberculosis, pneumonia or other chest diseases; chest surgery; chronic sinusitis; pneumothorax; long‑term brain, spinal cord, or nervous system conditions; fainting or epilepsy; convulsions; major surgery; mobility impairment due to surgery or any reason; diabetes or taking medication; any degree of heart disease; high blood pressure or taking medication; ear surgery or history of eardrum perforation; difficulty equalising ear pressure during flights (pain in ears); bleeding or clotting disorders; accident involving bleeding or decompression sickness; claustrophobia;

(1) The activity is conducted entirely in Japanese. The size of the boat may be adjusted depending on the group size. Thank you for your understanding;

(2) If bringing infants aged 0‑5 on board, an infant fee of 3,000 yen must be paid in cash in Japanese yen on‑site. Boarding may be refused if sea conditions are poor;

(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times. 'Free diving' is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Life jackets must be worn when entering the sea;

(4) For guests requiring shuttle service, you must fill in the designated shuttle stop name when placing the order. Do not fill in your actual hotel name. Failure to fill in or filling in a non‑designated shuttle stop name will be considered as making your own way to the port for assembly;

(5) Shuttle service is not provided to areas outside the designated meeting points. Please make your own way to the port for assembly (assembly at 13:00, departure promptly at 13:30);

(6) If the shuttle bus is fully booked, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way to the port or adjust to another session. Thank you for your understanding;

(7) If you cannot arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, date and session changes cannot be made free of charge. A 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please allow ample time for travel;

(8) If the activity is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact information provided. Please pay attention;

(9) The boat will depart as scheduled even on rainy days as long as it does not hinder navigation. If a guest cancels simply because it is raining, no refund will be given. Please be aware;

(10) Women can still dive during their menstrual period. However, they may not be able to enter the water due to menstrual pain. Please consider this when booking. Free cancellation or changes due to menstrual pain are not possible. Thank you for your understanding;

(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on‑site at 3,500 yen per unit. Photos will be transferred to your phone;

(12) On the day of the experience, staff on board will take photos of guests randomly. These photos can be downloaded for free. Detailed instructions for download will be provided on‑site;

(13) It is recommended to bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, sandals/slippers, and seasickness medication (for guests prone to seasickness or unsure, it is recommended to take seasickness medication in advance. Seasickness medication is not available for purchase on‑site);

(14) Please wear your swimwear under your regular clothes before assembly;
