New brand focuses on Chongqing-style beef tallow mala hotpot
Under the Mala International dining group, the Zhongxiao store closed in early August for renovation and reopened on August 10 under the new 'Chrysanthemum in Full Bloom' brand, featuring Chongqing-style beef tallow mala hotpot. The menu also includes the fun 'Pound the Villain Shrimp & Scallop Paste' — write your grievances on paper, tear it up, and pound it together with shrimp and scallop paste before dropping it into the bubbling pot.
Kaohsiung Yishiang store soft-opens Sept 22
Following the Zhongxiao store, the Yishiang store (E-DA Outlet area) closed its doors yesterday and will reopen as 'Chrysanthemum in Full Bloom' with a soft opening on September 22. Kaohsiung hotpot fans, get ready.
