Please present the e‑voucher to redeem the physical ticket.

Redemption locations are limited to the service counters at Kaohsiung MRT Zuoying Station (R16), Kaohsiung Main Station (R11), and Kaohsiung International Airport Station (R4).

Collect the product at the above service counters. It contains the transport hours redemption code; please do not discard it.

Download the MeNGo APP on your mobile phone and enter the code to activate. If you encounter language issues with the APP, you may use the WEB page instead.

Transport benefits include: unlimited rides on Kaohsiung MRT, Kaohsiung Light Rail, city buses, and intercity buses; 2 rides on Kaohsiung Ferry (limited to Gushan ‑ Cijin and Qianzhen ‑ Zhongzhou routes); Kaohsiung YouBike 2.0 free for the first 30 minutes per trip (membership registration is required).

Once the package is purchased and activated, no refund or change of any kind will be accepted.

If the activity is affected by force majeure such as natural disasters, no refund will be given.

The transport hours redemption code is the product redemption code. You may take a photo of it for your records when you receive the product.

This package does not include an IC physical contactless card.

Except for the transport hours validity ticket, the services in the package must be used within two consecutive days from the first activation (not 48 hours).

All tickets in this package are bearer value tickets. Please keep them safe. Kaohsiung MRT is not responsible for any loss, damage, or similar circumstances, and no boarding, change, or refund will be accepted.

Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation reserves the right to adjust or terminate this package.

For the redemption of each product in the package, please refer to the business hours announced on the store's website and on‑site availability.

The fee does not include other personal expenses.

For experience products in the package, please present the paper redemption code to the store for verification.
