The final weeks of summer are officially here, and we plan to savour them down to the very last street party. If you feel the same, we've gathered the biggest outdoor festivals and block parties in and around Vancouver to enjoy before the season winds down.

Block Party Off Broadway

Broadway has never hosted an official block party — until this Saturday. Organized by the Mount Pleasant BIA, this free event features drinks from the Lido, live music all afternoon, vintage finds, hot dogs from the Dog Meister, and wrapped 'blind books' from the Perfect Match Bookshop, all on Carolina Street just off East Broadway.

Soulrise Music Festival

Tickets aren't cheap, but for EDM lovers, the inaugural Soulrise Music Fest at Ambleside Park could be the ideal summer sendoff. The brand-new festival is headlined by Anyma, who will present his groundbreaking visual show ÆDEN alongside world-class techno beats.

The stacked lineup also features Argy, Kevin de Vries, Korolova, Son of Son, and Daijo.

Brewery and the Beast

More than 60 of Vancouver's top chefs and restaurants are taking part in this year's Brewery and the Beast, an all-you-can-eat-and-drink extravaganza foodies await each year. It's a prime chance to savour tasty BBQ with seconds and thirds, sip refreshing craft beverages, and enjoy live music.

Oddity Project Labour Day Weekend Day Party

Who doesn't love a sunny day party? Oddity Project is hosting a rooftop summer extravaganza with sweeping downtown Vancouver views, and tickets are still up for grabs.

Attendees can expect a day-to-evening vibe atop Fable Bar & Grill, with feel-good house music spinning from 2 to 9 p.m.

Granville DJ Festival

This Labour Day weekend, Granville DJ Festival turns Granville Street into a free open-air DJ party.

Polish Festival Vancouver

This vibrant festival brings authentic Polish food, folk dancing, and heritage to the Shipyards this September. On the menu are traditional bites like pierogi, kielbasa (sausage), and paczki (donuts), plus engaging activities for the whole family.

Festivibe

Held just days before fall officially begins, this iconic multicultural festival takes over the Shipyards in North Vancouver with a full day of cultural performances, international cuisine, and artisan vendors inside the Pipe Shop.
