SaveOsaka Suijo Bus Co., which has operated sightseeing boats in Osaka since 1983, will run the "Yorimichi Sunset Cruise" on Fridays and Saturdays from September 4 to October 31, offering sunset and night views of the Nakanoshima area.

In about 25 minutes, the cruise packs in the landmarks of "City of Water" Osaka — the three great Naniwa bridges of Tenmabashi, Tenjinbashi and Naniwabashi, Osaka City Central Public Hall, the history-rich Nakanoshima Park, and the lively Kitahama Terrace. Passengers can also enjoy the city's towers lighting up and the "magic hour" sky shifting from crimson to deep violet over the waterfront.
The departure and arrival point is Hachikenya-hama Pier, just steps from Tenmabashi Station on the Keihan Railway and Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. Step out of the station and straight into an out-of-the-ordinary boat trip — a perfect treat after a day out, or a reward at the end of the workday.
