From Wednesday, July 22 through Sunday, August 2, Parco Lago Nord in Paderno Dugnano — just a stone's throw from Milan — transforms into a celebration of Puglian cuisine with the "Orecchiette Pugliesi & Bombette Festival." Part of the larger "Lago Paderno Dugnano 2026" summer programme, this nearly two-week gastronomic gathering showcases one of Italy's most beloved culinary traditions: hand-rolled orecchiette pasta with turnip tops, Cisternino-style grilled meat bombette, and craft beers — all with free admission.
