Free LEGO Ferrari festival in Milan for the F1 Grand Prix: light show at Piazza Sempione

The festival has three stops: Piazza Sempione in Milan, the Fan Zone inside the Monza National Autodrome and the Palazzo dell'Arengario in the heart of the Brianza city for the traditional Monza FuoriGP event.
Four days of creativity at the Arco della Pace
The beating heart of the initiative will be Piazza Sempione in Milan. From Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 September, LEGO Italia will invite citizens and fans to a special event marking the 30th anniversary of Michael Schumacher's arrival at the Scuderia Ferrari, with the patronage of the Municipality of Milan. At sunset the square will transform into an open-air stage: three large scenographic installations shaped like LEGO bricks will host a video and light show dedicated to the Icons Ferrari F2004 and Michael Schumacher set, a reproduction of the legendary car that made the German driver history.
The opening night and the play area
The activation opens on Thursday September 3 at 7.30 pm with an inaugural evening hosted by Linus, historic voice and artistic director of Radio Deejay, alongside Carlo Vanzini, journalist and voice of Sky Sport F1. Then the show begins, with replays every 30 minutes. On the following days, the show runs from 7 pm to 10 pm, again with replays every 30 minutes. The square will also become a huge play area: all visitors, young and old, are invited to build their own LEGO tile, which will form a mosaic designed by Riccardo Zangelmi, Italy's only LEGO Certified Professional.
The collective artwork, measuring 3 x 1.80 metres, will be made of almost 85,000 bricks in 22 different colours. The play area is open on September 3 and 4 from 4 to 7 pm and on September 5 and 6 from 10 am to 7 pm. Access to all Piazza Sempione activities is free of charge.
