(1) Applicable to 1 adult visitor with a height of 1.5m (inclusive) or above whose personal "Diablo Immortal" game account has reached level 15 or above for park entry. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above who has purchased a ticket;

(2) To enhance the visitor experience, protect ticket‑purchasing rights, and ensure safe, orderly and fast park entry, the scenic area implements a measure of scanning valid Mainland China Resident Second‑Generation ID card. On the day of visit, visitors must carry the original valid Mainland China Resident Second‑Generation ID card matching the order. Entry is only permitted after identity verification passes. Please ensure the document information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, truthful and complete. Any failure in verification, entry, or any losses caused by false or incorrect information submitted shall be borne by the user. For child visitors, please fill in the document details of the accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter the park together with the adult visitor. If the ID document you hold is not a Mainland China Resident Second‑Generation ID card (e.g. Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Passport, etc.), you are required to fill in the truthful and valid ID document information when purchasing the ticket. On the day of entry, bring the original valid document filled in during ticket purchase to the scenic area customer service centre to register facial recognition information, and present the original valid document and relevant vouchers at the park ticket gate for facial recognition verification and entry;

(3) After purchasing this ticket, present your original ID document and the real‑time game account interface of your personal "Diablo Immortal" game account (level 15 or above) at the dedicated channel of Zhengjia Rainforest Ecological Botanical Garden on the 7th floor of Grandview Mall to verify identity information, then scan your ID card for verification and entry;

(4) This ticket allows single entry into Zhengjia Rainforest Ecological Botanical Garden on the designated visit date;

(5) Entry time: 10:00‑21:30;

Due to the specific nature of the ice and snow area, visitors are advised to wear non‑slip sports shoes;
