The ski area features 5 slopes of varying difficulty levels, including a snowboard practice slope for absolute beginners, a ski practice slope, an intermediate slope and 2 advanced slopes. Notably, the resort features two three‑dimensional intersecting slopes, a rare design in indoor ski resorts, allowing intermediate and advanced skiers to enjoy the thrill of varied slope transitions. In addition, the intermediate slope and the ski practice slope combine through a mid‑section buffer zone to form an extra‑long 460‑metre indoor alpine ski slope.

The 17,000 sqm super‑large snow and ice play area offers non‑skiing visitors a wide range of snow and ice activities, including snow flying saucers, ice bumper cars, ice cycling, glacier flying, adventure trails, a 100‑metre snow tubing lane and ice slides. Ski Area

The ski area features an overall elevation drop of 66 metres and boasts five slopes of varying difficulty, with gradients ranging from 7.6° to 21°, an average width of 35 metres, and a year‑round snow depth of 50 cm. Uphill facilities include 1 double chairlift and 5 magic carpets.

★ Snowboard Practice Slope

The slope is wide, approximately 35 metres wide and 70 metres long, with a gradient of around 10°. It is therefore slightly steeper than typical snowboard practice slopes. Beginners with zero experience should first practise putting on the board and riding on the flat area, master the basic stance and stopping techniques, and then head to the very top to boldly attempt new moves.

★ Bear Cub Slope

The Bear Cub Slope is wide, approximately 50 metres wide and 70 metres long, with a gradient of around 8°. The overall gliding speed is relatively slow, making it ideal for absolute beginners. Children can boldly practise here.

★ Snow Hare Slope

The Snow Hare Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 300 metres long, with a gradient of around 10°. As the slope with the highest skier density and the most popular slope in the resort, it is suitable for skiers who have already mastered the basic skiing stance, falling and stopping techniques. In addition, because the gradient and width of the slope are particularly well suited to snowboard/ski enthusiasts practising ground tricks, it is affectionately known as the "Flat Trick Boulevard".

★ Reindeer Slope

The Reindeer Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 230 metres long, with an average gradient of around 14.8°, suitable for lower‑intermediate and intermediate skiers. The upper section has a gradient of around 18°, testing your stability and courage in performing basic skiing movements on an upper‑intermediate to advanced slope. The lower section has a gradient of around 10‑12°, where you can fully enjoy the fun of carving. In addition, we have set up a mogul field and a wave run on the lower section, allowing you to experience an extraordinary experience on varied terrain.

★ Tiger Slope

The Tiger Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 220 metres long, with an average gradient of around 16.8°. As the "XX" ski terrain park is built on this slope, it attracts the most skilled skiers in the resort. While riding the chairlift, you will often see riders practising their moves on the rails and jumps. Of course, this slope can also meet your needs for carving and edge‑to‑edge turning.

Snow & Ice Play Area

★ Snow Flying Saucer

Climb onto a flying saucer‑shaped inflatable snow tube and speed down from the top of the snow mountain. Feel the crisp snow breeze on your face as you glide to the bottom in the blink of an eye, experiencing the speed and exhilaration of the snow before you know it.

★ Ice Bumper Cars

The smooth ice surface reduces friction, making bumper car games even more thrilling and fun. You can also experience this popular winter game from the north in the south.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland Ticket Booking Tips

1. How do I choose a ticket?

Hot Snow Wonderland is divided into a snow play area and a ski area, with tickets sold separately for the two areas. Snow play tickets include ice amusement equipment experiences, such as ice bumper cars, ice cycling and tulip slides. Ski tickets allow you to experience skiing and come in 3‑hour, 4‑hour and unlimited‑time options. Please refer to the product description for specific slope access rights. Beginners are advised to choose the 3‑hour lower‑intermediate ski option. If you wish to experience both skiing and snow play, you can choose the 4‑hour (ski + snow play) all‑access product.

2. How should tickets be purchased for adults and children?

Tickets at Hot Snow Wonderland are the same price for adults and children, with no concessionary or free tickets available. The smallest snow suit size in the resort is 70 cm and the largest is 200 cm.

3. Does the ticket include equipment?

Tickets at Hot Snow Wonderland include equipment. Snow play tickets include snow suit/snow boots/locker, and ski tickets include ski suit/ski boots/skis or snowboard/helmet/locker. Ski equipment is available as either skis or a snowboard; you must choose one at the time of collection upon entry and it cannot be changed later.

4. Do I need to bring my ID card for entry?

Hot Snow Wonderland operates a real‑name booking and entry system. You must bring a valid personal ID document (including ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Hong Kong/Macau ID card, etc.) for entry, along with your ticket and snow card to enter the resort.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland Visitor Notice

1. Using your snow card, you may choose to collect either ski or snowboard equipment; once collected, it cannot be exchanged.

2. Please be sure to bring the visitor's valid ID document on the day of your visit. If the ID document presented on the day of your visit does not match the information on the purchased ticket, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily forfeited your ticket usage rights and you will not be able to enter the resort, with no refund or exchange available.

3. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in you being unable to enter the resort normally, and you will need to purchase another ticket. After collecting your snow card, please keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the resort or use the facilities normally due to loss or damage of the snow card, they will need to purchase another ticket. Please keep your ticket with you at all times during your visit and present it when requested by staff for inspection.

4. Each experience has requirements regarding the visitor's height, weight, age, and accompaniment. The ride restrictions are as follows. Please refer to the public notices at the resort for specific details.

(1) Adventure Trail: Limited to visitors taller than 1.4 metres and weighing under 100KG. Visitors with acrophobia (fear of heights) should not use this attraction;

(2) Snow Flying Saucer: Limited to visitors weighing under 90KG. Minors under 1.2 metres tall must be accompanied by an adult;

(3) Ice Bumper Cars: Minors under 1 metre tall must be accompanied by an adult;

(4) Ice Cycling: Limited to visitors taller than 1 metre;

(5) Flower Sea Snow Tubing: Limited to visitors taller than 1.2 metres and weighing under 110KG. Visitors over 50 years old or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar spine fractures, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other conditions that doctors have advised against strenuous exercise, should not use this attraction;

(6) Ice Slide: Limited to visitors taller than 1.2 metres. Visitors over 50 years old or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar spine or rib fractures, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other conditions that doctors have advised against strenuous exercise, should not use this attraction;

Note: Guests under 1 metre are not permitted to use the ice slide. Children under 1.2 metres must be accompanied by an adult.

Friendly tip: The largest snow suit can fit an adult weighing 220 jin (110 kg) and 195 cm tall. The smallest ski boots are size 23, which can fit a child around 3 years old. The smallest snow play boots are size 26, and the sizing runs large. The largest boot size is 48.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland Safety and Security Check Notice

1. When participating in snow and ice activities, please act within your limits, follow the arrangements of the staff, and ensure the personal safety of yourself and others. Minors should participate in activities under the accompaniment of an adult with full capacity for civil conduct. Elderly people and pregnant women are advised not to participate in strenuous snow and ice sports;

2. Some snow play activities in the resort are not suitable for visitors suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, acrophobia (fear of heights), cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other conditions that doctors have advised against strenuous exercise. Please choose carefully based on your actual physical condition.

3. For the personal and property safety of you and others, please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules and amusement facility usage guidelines posted at the resort before playing, including the "Entry Notice" and "Snow Play Activity Notice". Please pay close attention to the play notices, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, broadcast announcements and other informational notices posted at each snow play activity. If you have any questions, please consult the on‑site staff. Please use all amusement equipment and facilities properly and follow the arrangements of on‑site staff.

4. Please always be aware of safety during your visit (be mindful of others, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.). Do not linger in the stopping areas or buffer zones of snow play activities.

5. If you experience any discomfort, personal injury or property damage during your visit, please seek help from on‑site staff immediately.

6. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following behaviours:

(1) Using the product beyond the agreed scope of rights (including areas, attractions, etc.), engaging in unregistered or unauthorised ski instruction/ski technique coaching, commercial filming, live streaming, personal vending, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for the purpose of resale, or any other improper use;

(2) Allowing others to use your personal product rights through transfer, resale or lending;

(3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal or aggressive behaviour;

(4) Engaging in behaviour that seriously disrupts the normal operation of the resort or seriously endangers the personal and property safety of others;

(5) Any other improper behaviour.

If any of the above situations occur, the resort has the right to take any or all of the following measures at any time without assuming liability for compensation or other breach of contract:

(1) Place you on the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland blacklist (you will be barred from entering Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland), the Hot Snow Wonderland brand blacklist (you will be barred from entering Hot Snow Wonderland ski resorts and other partner‑operated ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist;

(2) Revoke, invalidate or freeze your products and rights. No extension, deferral or refund will be given for any remaining unused period/fees;

(3) Charge a penalty of 30% of the order amount as liquidated damages. If the liquidated damages are insufficient to cover the losses, we reserve the right to pursue further compensation.

7. Smoking is prohibited inside the resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes or other products that produce smoke). To maintain a pleasant play environment, please do not smoke inside the resort. Otherwise, you will be placed on the visitor blacklist and barred from entering the resort for 15 days.

8. Personal vending by visitors is prohibited inside the resort. Please do not bring excessive quantities of items into the resort. Bulk and cooked food items are prone to spoilage and may cause food safety issues. Visitors are advised to consume such food before entering the resort.

9. For the safety of you and other visitors, please voluntarily submit to security checks. Please do not bring flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods or state‑controlled devices. All external food, beverages, drinking water, and items including but not limited to the above (except baby and toddler food) and any other items that staff deem to pose a safety hazard will not be permitted into the resort.

10. For your safety, if any equipment or facility in the resort develops an abnormality or malfunction during operation, it must be stopped for inspection. Some facilities may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extensions or refunds will be issued.

11. Due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety or order reasons, the resort's operating hours or the availability of any attractions may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual notices published by the resort on the day of your visit.
