※Depending on sea conditions on the day, if the sea turtle spotting experience cannot be arranged, it may be replaced with snorkelling at an uninhabited island at no extra charge. Your understanding is appreciated.

※Sea turtles are wild animals, and we cannot guarantee that you will encounter them on the day of the experience. If no sea turtles are spotted on the day, no refund will be provided. Your understanding is appreciated.

※Actual sailing time may vary due to sea conditions or weather on the day. If the time spent on the island is shortened due to force majeure factors such as sea conditions or weather, no compensation or refund will be provided. Please understand the unique nature of marine activities.

※The vessel and shuttle bus (Tokashiki Port ⇄ Beach) have fixed seating capacities with strict passenger limits. Therefore, large luggage and large sports equipment such as surfboards are not permitted.

※Additional fee: Tokashiki Village Environmental Conservation Tax. Visitors aged 15 and above are required to pay the Tokashiki Village Environmental Conservation Tax (100 yen per person) in cash (yen) to the on‑site staff upon check‑in on the day.
