(1) Shuttle service is available from 08:00‑08:30;

(2) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when ordering, not the actual hotel name. Failure to provide or providing a non‑designated pick‑up point name will be considered as making your own way to the port;

(3) Shuttle service is not provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 08:30, depart promptly at 09:00);

(1) The activity is conducted entirely in Japanese. Depending on group size, the type of boat used may be adjusted. Please understand;

(2) If bringing children aged 0‑5 on board, a boarding fee of 3000 yen must be paid in cash on‑site. Boarding may be refused if sea conditions are unfavourable;

(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times. \"Free diving\" is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Please ensure you wear a life jacket when entering the water;

(4) Guests requiring the shuttle must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when ordering, not the actual hotel name. Failure to provide or providing a non‑designated pick‑up point name will be considered as making your own way to the port;

(5) Shuttle service is not provided for areas outside the designated meeting points. Please proceed to the port on your own (meet at 08:30, depart promptly at 09:00);

(6) If the shuttle bus is full, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way to the port or reschedule for another session. Please understand;

(7) If you cannot arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, free date or time slot changes are not possible, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please allow sufficient time to arrive;

(8) If the activity is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact information provided. Please pay attention;

(9) Unless the rain makes it difficult for the boat to sail, the tour will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather. If guests choose to cancel due to rain, no refund will be given. Please take note;

(10) Women can still dive during menstruation. However, due to potential discomfort, participation may not be possible. Please consider this when booking. Free changes or cancellations due to menstrual pain are not possible. Please understand;

(11) GoPro camera rental is available on‑site at 3500 yen each. Photos will be transferred to your phone;

(12) On the day of the experience, on‑board staff will take random photos of guests. These can be downloaded for free. Detailed instructions for downloading will be provided on‑site;

(13) It is recommended to bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, slippers, and seasickness medication (if you are prone to seasickness or unsure, it is advisable to take medication beforehand as it cannot be purchased on‑site);

(14) Please wear your swimsuit under your regular clothes before arriving at the meeting point;
