(1) Guests requiring the shuttle service must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Those who do not fill it in or fill in a non‑designated pick‑up point name will be deemed as making their own way to the port for assembly;

(2) Shuttle service is not provided to areas other than the designated pick‑up points. Please make your own way to the port for assembly (assembly at 13:00, departure promptly at 13:30);

(1) Pregnant women and persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to participate. If discovered on site, no refund will be issued. Please take note;

(2) Please ensure that all participants do not have the following medical conditions. If they have previously suffered from any of the following conditions, a doctor's certificate is required before participation. If a participant fails the health check on site, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding: asthma, shortness of breath or other conditions that impede normal breathing; chronic bronchitis; chest conditions such as tuberculosis or pneumonia; chest surgery; chronic sinusitis; pneumothorax; chronic brain, spinal or nervous system conditions; fainting or epilepsy, convulsive seizures; major surgery; mobility impairment due to surgery or any other reason; diabetes or taking medication; heart disease of any degree; hypertension or taking medication; ear surgery or history of eardrum perforation; inability to equalise ear pressure during flights (ear pain); bleeding or clotting disorders; bleeding incidents or decompression sickness; claustrophobia;

(1) The activity is conducted in Japanese only. The vessel size may be adjusted depending on the group size. Thank you for your understanding;

(2) If bringing infants aged 0‑5 on board, the infant fare of 3,000 yen must be paid in cash in Japanese yen on site. In poor sea conditions, boarding may be refused;

(3) Life jackets must be worn at all times throughout the activity. Free diving is strictly prohibited during snorkelling. Life jackets must be worn at all times when entering the sea;

(4) Guests requiring the shuttle service must fill in the designated pick‑up point name when placing the order, not the actual hotel name. Those who do not fill it in or fill in a non‑designated pick‑up point name will be deemed as making their own way to the port for assembly;

(5) Shuttle service is not provided to areas other than the designated pick‑up points. Please make your own way to the port for assembly (13:00 assembly, 13:30 departure);

(6) If the shuttle bus is fully booked, guests will be notified in advance and will need to make their own way to the port or reschedule to another session. Thank you for your understanding;

(7) If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, the date and session cannot be changed free of charge, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please allow sufficient time to arrive;

(8) In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to force majeure such as weather or sea conditions, guests will be notified via the contact details provided. Please pay attention to the notice;

(9) The boat will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather, as long as the rain does not impede navigation. If guests choose not to participate on their own accord due to rain, no refund will be issued. Please take note;

(10) Female guests may still dive during their menstrual period. However, as menstrual cramps may prevent entry into the water, guests are advised to take this into consideration when booking. Free cancellation or rescheduling due to menstrual cramps is not available. Thank you for your understanding;

(11) GoPro cameras are available for rent on site at 3,500 yen per unit, and photos will be transferred to guests' mobile phones;

(12) On the day of the experience, crew members will take photos of guests at random, which can be downloaded free of charge. Detailed instructions for downloading will be provided on site;

(13) Guests are advised to bring swimwear, towels, a change of clothes, slippers, and seasickness medication (guests who are prone to seasickness or unsure whether they get seasick are advised to take seasickness medication in advance as it is not available for purchase on site);

(14) Please wear your swimsuit underneath your regular clothing before arriving at the meeting point;
