JR Hokkaido Sapporo - Furano Area Rail Pass

The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the last day.

Please present your e‑voucher.

(1) Children aged 0‑1 are free of charge;

(2) Each passenger holding an adult pass may bring up to two children aged 1‑5 free of charge without occupying a seat. The third child and onwards must purchase a separate child rail pass;

(3) JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders holding a "Temporary Visitor" visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible to use it;

(4) Please obtain the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker upon entry into Japan for lawful use of the JR Pass. If you use automated gates, you will not be able to obtain the aforementioned stamp/sticker;

(5) Japanese passport holders who have resided outside Japan for more than 10 years may lawfully use the JR Pass, provided they hold (1) a valid Japanese passport and (2) a copy of overseas family registration/overseas residence certificate issued by the Japanese Embassy or the Embassy of the country of residence;

(1) After arriving in Japan, please go to New Chitose Airport, Sapporo Station, or Asahikawa Station with your e‑exchange order and passport to collect your JR Pass;

(2) The exchange order is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please redeem your JR Pass exchange order within 90 days;

(3) Please note that you can only redeem the JR Pass with an exchange order issued in your own name;

When redeeming the Japan Rail Pass (JR Pass), please select an activation date within 30 days from the redemption date.

(1) Seat reservations can be made through station staff at the ticket office;

(2) You can make reservations using the reserved seat ticket machines;
