(2) Children aged 13 and above are charged the same as an adult.
(3) The tour is relatively long and is not recommended for children aged 0‑3.

(2) Hotel New Otani Sapporo: 1‑1 Kita 2‑jo Nishi 1‑chome, Chuo‑ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido; Directions: 1‑minute walk from Exit 22 of the nearest subway station (stairs only).
(3) JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo: 2‑chome 5 Kita 5‑jo Nishi, Chuo‑ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido; Directions: Alight at Sapporo Station on the Namboku or Toho Subway Line.
(4) MYSTAYS Sapporo Aspen Hotel: 4‑5 Kita 8‑jo Nishi, Kita‑ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido; Directions: 5‑minute walk from Sapporo Station on the Namboku Subway Line.
(1) Please board bus number 4402 and be careful not to take the wrong bus.
(2) The return bus departs from the Highland Ski Centre or the Olympia Ski Centre. Please assemble at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
(3) Please board the return bus at the drop‑off point (departing from Teine Ski Resort).
(4) Please get on and off the bus at the same location for both the outbound and return trips.
(5) The cable car ticket (IC card) is for personal use only. It cannot be shared or transferred.
(6) Please return the IC lift card to the collection box after use.
(7) There is no tour guide accompanying this activity.
(8) The bus will not stop at any unbooked stops.
(9) Pick‑up time is 10 minutes before the bus departs; the meeting point is at the ground floor lobby of each hotel.
(10) Generally, the bus will not wait if passengers have not arrived after the departure time.
(11) Service may be delayed or cancelled due to road and weather conditions.
(12) Bus schedules and routes are subject to change without prior notice due to safety, weather, flight changes, etc.
(13) The route may be changed, or a large taxi/taxi may be used depending on the circumstances.
(14) Personal items allowed on the bus are limited to skis, snowboards, and overnight luggage (a change of clothes, etc.). Items such as snowmobiles and bicycles cannot be carried.
(15) Passengers wearing ski boots or hard‑soled ski boots are not permitted to board.
(16) Depending on the hotel, the area may be crowded; the driver will need time to find you, so please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before departure.
This activity is not suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.
