Participants must be aged 13 or above. Children under 13 are not allowed in the public pool. Children aged 3 or above are charged the same as adults. Children must be accompanied by 2 adults for private bath use.
The fee does not include other personal expenses. An additional NT$200 will be charged on‑site for use on Saturdays and Sundays. Some packages include a TWD 100 drink coupon, which can be redeemed at the café after bathing.

Public pools are separated by gender for nude bathing. Swimwear is not allowed. No time limit for entry and exit. The female bath has semi‑outdoor and fully outdoor spaces, while the male bath is semi‑outdoor. Cleaned and disinfected daily. 24‑hour service is not provided. Outside food, drinks, and pets are prohibited. Not recommended for those with high blood pressure, epilepsy, or similar conditions.
