Product Details

【Shisanhang Museum of Archaeology】 The Shisanhang site preserves remnants of Taiwan's prehistoric Iron Age culture dating from 1,800 to 500 years ago. According to archaeological research, the people of this culture may be related to the Ketagalan, one of the Plains Indigenous groups. In 1998, the government officially began developing the preserved Shisanhang site into the "Shisanhang Museum of Archaeology." The museum preserves and displays the relics of our ancestors, aiming to introduce this precious prehistoric site to all visitors. In addition, a "Time Bridge" has been installed, and various special exhibitions are held regularly, hoping that while visitors enjoy the Tamsui River waterfront, they can also cross time and experience the historical trajectory of the Shisanhang culture firsthand.

The museum presents the Shisanhang culture discovered at the site in an engaging and interesting way, giving us insight into what life was like for the Shisanhang people a thousand years ago. Special exhibitions are also held from time to time, sometimes introducing the historical development of the Tamsui River, and other times featuring archaeology‑themed explorations with educational value. These special exhibitions are light‑hearted and fun, allowing visitors to absorb rich knowledge while being entertained, and also inspiring children's interest in history. 【Bali Cultural Treasure Afternoon Tea Set】 Invite you to savour a refined afternoon tea feast that blends culture and cuisine! This set is inspired by the museum's most treasured artefact, the "Human Face Pottery Jar," and features a uniquely crafted "Human Face Pottery Jar Glass Container." The design team has employed exquisite hand‑cast pressing techniques to transform this ancient artefact into a lifestyle vessel that combines vintage charm with modern elegance, allowing you to appreciate the profound allure of cultural heritage during your tea time.

⬆️Bali Cultural Treasure Afternoon Tea Set

This set features a Shisanhang‑exclusive "Green Pomelo and Yuzu Aroma" theme, presenting three exquisite delicacies for you:

·Yuzu Caramel Popcorn: A collaboration with the renowned brand "Katz Popcorn," perfectly blending the sweetness of caramel with the freshness of yuzu through a unique recipe. Every bite delivers rich, layered flavours that are crispy, fragrant, and simply irresistible.

·Human Face Pottery Jar Handmade Biscuits: Crafted by a professional baking team, transforming the iconic imagery of the Human Face Pottery Jar into exquisite pastries. Made with premium ingredients, these biscuits are crispy yet tender, with an elegant and distinctive design — a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

·Wen Dan Pomelo Tea: Specially selected from the high‑quality wen dan pomelos grown at the local Bali farm, Dorothy's Farm. Simmered using traditional methods over a gentle fire, it fully preserves the natural aroma and nutrients of the pomelo. Its refreshing and crisp flavour perfectly balances the sweetness of the desserts, bringing a clean and elegant finish to the overall afternoon tea experience.

This set not only delivers exquisite flavours but also embodies the concept of local sustainability. By using ingredients from local smallholder farms, it effectively reduces carbon emissions from transportation and storage, creating an afternoon tea experience that combines taste, culture, and environmental awareness. We invite you to savour this exclusive delicacy that embodies local culture and craftsmanship, and to experience the unique charm of Bali's local heritage.
