Children aged 0‑12 can participate in this activity for free;

Seniors aged 65 or above can participate in this activity for free;

Residents registered in New Taipei City, indigenous citizens aged 55 or above, students in Taiwan, persons with disabilities, holders of a low‑income household certificate, and holders of a membership card of the Chinese Association of Museums can enter for free;

This ticket is only applicable to Fort Santo Domingo, the Former Tamsui Customs Officer's Residence (Little White House), and Hobe Fort;

Free admission to Tamsui Customs Wharf, Douglas Lapraik & Co., Hobe One ‑ Fisherman's Wharf Art Space, and Gongsi Tian Cheng's Ancient House;

The voucher is valid for 180 days from the order confirmation time, expiring at 23:59 on the last day;

Weekends: 09:30‑18:00, last entry at 17:30;

Take the MRT from Taipei Main Station to Tamsui Station, then transfer to Bus No. 857;

Reservations are not divided into full‑price and free tickets. After completing the reservation, please bring the reservation entry voucher (QR Code) to purchase tickets on‑site. Those eligible for free entry must present relevant identification documents;

Three reservation slots are available daily: 10:00‑12:00, 12:30‑14:30, and 15:00‑17:00, with a capacity of 80 people per slot;

Reservations close at 20:00 the day before the reservation date. On‑site reservations are not accepted on the day;

Each reservation is for a maximum of 4 people, and each person can only reserve one time slot per day;

To cancel a reservation, please go to Reservation Centre > My Orders > Booked > Click "Cancel Reservation";

The system does not support order modification. To change the number of people, you need to cancel the order and rebook;

Entry to the museum must comply with epidemic prevention measures: temperature check, hand sanitisation, real‑name registration (CDC), wearing a mask at all times, and maintaining a social distance of at least 1.5 metres. Those with a forehead temperature exceeding 37.5°C or who do not comply with the measures will be refused entry;

Adhere to the visitor capacity limit. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue;

Tickets are valid only for the current visit time slot and cannot be used during other time slots;

Hobe Fort will be closed to the public for the entire day on 20 September 2021 (Year 110 of the Republic of China);

The visit reservation method will be subject to rolling adjustments based on the development of the epidemic. The organiser reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the activity content;

In the event of force majeure, the organiser may postpone or cancel the activity and will announce it in advance;
