(2) Day 2: 02:00 Depart from Chenggong Cabin with light equipment → 03:00 Main Peak‑North Peak Triple Fork → 05:00 Summit Qilai North Peak → 08:00 Arrive at Qilai Cabin (bring own lunch) → 11:30 Summit Qilai Main Peak → 13:30 Return to Qilai Cabin → 16:00 Arrive at Chenggong Cabin;
(3) Day 3: 06:00 Depart from Chenggong Cabin → 07:30 Heishuitang Cabin → 10:00 Little Qilai Prairie → 11:00 Songxue Cabin Qilai Trailhead → 12:00 Wushe Market (lunch) → 17:00 Arrive at Banqiao Railway Station;
(4) Remarks: The above times are for reference only and will be adjusted on the day based on the guide's assessment of participants' conditions;
(1) This itinerary is of an advanced level with significant terrain elevation differences, including narrow ridges and dangerous cliff sections. It is not suitable for novice hikers. Participants must possess strong physical fitness, mental resilience, and courage. Please carefully evaluate your own condition before booking;
(2) It is recommended to acclimatise to the high‑altitude, low‑oxygen, low‑pressure environment in advance and practice pacing techniques on uphill sections;
(3) Registration requires confirmation of good health, suitability for high‑altitude climbing and wilderness hiking. Do not register if you have heart disease, acrophobia, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or exhibit any symptoms unsuitable for outdoor activities. Those who are too young or unable to complete the itinerary independently should also refrain from registering;
(4) High‑altitude climbing and wilderness hiking involve potential dangers. Accidents may lead to injury or even death. Please assess carefully;
(5) The alpine environment is fragile. Strictly no littering or discarding food waste. Please pack your rubbish and carry it down the mountain to protect the forests;
(6) If any team member encounters a life‑threatening situation during the trip, the entire team must act collectively. The hiking team constitutes a shared risk community, and all members must comply to avoid subsequent legal liability;
(7) The guide will do their utmost to take care of team members and ensure safety. The mountaineering club shall not be held responsible for injuries or deaths resulting from a member's personal negligence (e.g., losing focus and falling, slipping, etc.);
(8) During the entire activity, all members must follow the guide's instructions and are not allowed to leave the team without permission. Decisions regarding individual physical fitness, safety, and the team's return time shall be made according to the guide's directions. Those who leave the team midway without authorisation and refuse to heed warnings shall bear all resulting costs and legal responsibilities themselves;
(9) The itinerary briefing and mountaineering equipment training sessions will be conducted online.
