Standard luggage size: 23cm x 36cm x 56cm; large luggage counts as 2 pieces. Each person may carry up to 1 piece; excess pieces will be counted as 2 pieces

Pets, snowboards, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags and other large items are not allowed in the vehicle

Child safety seats cost TWD200 each; 2 or more seats require a 9‑seater vehicle

Standard vehicles will be provided for the itinerary. If insufficient, taxis will be arranged. Vehicle model selection is not accepted

Please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes in advance; latecomers will not be waited for

The driver will contact you 1 day before departure. Please provide a local contact number

Surcharges for remote areas will be notified before order confirmation. Please check your email

Luggage must be stored in lockers at Ocean Park

Order will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customer service

Use the e‑voucher; valid only on the specified date and time

In case of force majeure or extreme weather, the supplier may cancel the booking; you may reschedule or receive a full refund

No‑show or late arrival is considered cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be given

The fee does not include Farglory Ocean Park admission tickets or other personal expenses

Surcharge for remote areas: Fenglin Township, Yuli Township, Southern Shoufeng Township, Guangfu Township, Fengbin Township, Ruisui Township, Fuli Township, Xiulin Township, Wanrong Township, Zhuoxi Township. Areas not listed but determined to be remote will also incur distance‑based surcharges. Fees are collected upon order confirmation.

2026 Chinese New Year surcharge (payable in cash to the driver on the day): For vehicles with 9 seats or fewer, regardless of model, a surcharge of TWD100 per trip for one‑way and TWD200 per trip for round trip.

One‑way surcharge by township (for 5/7‑seater vehicles):

Remote area of Ji'an Township: NT$200 for boarding; NT$400 for both boarding and alighting in remote area

Shoufeng Township & Xincheng Township: NT$300 each for boarding; NT$500 each for both boarding and alighting in the same township

Xiulin Township: NT$400 for boarding; NT$600 for both boarding and alighting in Xiulin Township

Fenglin Township & Wanrong Township: NT$700 each for boarding; NT$1200 each for both boarding and alighting in the same township

Guangfu Township: NT$800 for boarding; NT$1400 for both boarding and alighting in Guangfu Township

Ruisui Township: NT$1000 for boarding; NT$2000 for both boarding and alighting in Ruisui Township

One‑way surcharge by township (for 9‑seater vehicles only):

Remote area of Ji'an Township: NT$300 for boarding; NT$500 for both boarding and alighting in remote area

Shoufeng Township & Xincheng Township: NT$400 each for boarding; NT$700 each for both boarding and alighting in the same township

Xiulin Township: NT$500 for boarding; NT$800 for both boarding and alighting in Xiulin Township

Fenglin Township & Wanrong Township: NT$800 each for boarding; NT$1400 each for both boarding and alighting in the same township

Guangfu Township: NT$1000 for boarding; NT$1600 for both boarding and alighting in Guangfu Township

Ruisui Township: NT$1200 for boarding; NT$2200 for both boarding and alighting in Ruisui Township

The surcharge standard for round trips by township is exactly the same as for one‑way trips. Just apply the surcharge based on the vehicle type and the pickup/drop‑off townships.
