5‑seater car: Maximum of 3 passengers, maximum of 3 pieces of 20‑inch luggage or 2 pieces of 28‑inch luggage.

7‑seater car: Maximum of 4 passengers, maximum of 4 pieces of 20‑inch luggage or 3 pieces of 28‑inch luggage.

9‑seater car: Maximum of 7 passengers, maximum of 5 pieces of 20‑26 inch luggage or 3 pieces of 28‑inch luggage.

Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. Large items such as snowboards, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags are also not permitted.

If the group size or luggage quantity exceeds the vehicle’s capacity as per the booking, the driver has the right to refuse service. No refund will be processed in this case.

Infants and children are counted as passengers. Child seats can be provided upon request. Each child seat also counts as 1 passenger. A fee of TWD200 per child seat applies. For 2 or more child seats, a 9‑seater vehicle model is required.

The itinerary will be provided with standard vehicle models as a priority. If vehicles are insufficient, taxis may be arranged. Vehicle model cannot be specified.

Chartered car service is limited to 8 hours. The route can be decided by the passengers. If no route is specified, the itinerary will follow the package’s suggested route. Custom routes should be noted at the time of booking for re‑quotation.

Some scenic spots along the coastline (Fengbin Skywalk, Moon Cave, Shimen, Dashi Bi Shan) are closed for renovation until 2021/1/9. Please take note when planning your route.

Suggested routes can be travelled in either direction. Pick‑up and drop‑off within the same city are not accepted.

Due to time control and passenger safety, if some scenic spots cannot be visited due to force majeure factors such as weather, the driver will inform you on the day.

Surcharges for remote areas are based on the amount stated on the voucher and must be paid to the driver on‑site.

Overtime fee: 5‑seater TWD400/hr, 7‑seater TWD500/hr, 9‑seater TWD600/hr.

2026 Chinese New Year Surcharge (2026/2/14 – 2/22, pay cash to driver on the day)

Hualien Charter: 5/7/9‑seater, half‑day surcharge TWD300/vehicle, full‑day surcharge TWD400/vehicle; 19‑seater minibus, 43‑seater coach, surcharge TWD1,000/vehicle regardless of half‑day or full‑day.

Taitung Charter: Regardless of vehicle type, half‑day surcharge TWD500/vehicle, full‑day surcharge TWD1,000/vehicle.
