Hualien: Paddle Boarding Experience at Crystal Forest (Shuiyang Forest)

Meet at 7‑11 Nanbin Store, departure time 06:00/09:00/15:00, must arrive 15 minutes early; 2 hours 30 minutes SUP experience at Shuiyang Forest; return to 7‑11 Nanbin Store at 08:30/11:30/15:30 (adjusted based on departure time and itinerary); itinerary may be slightly adjusted according to weather or traffic conditions;

Basic SUP equipment (water shoes, SUP board and paddle); SUP experience, ecological guided tour, coach photography throughout the trip and free photo download; lakeside picnic meal (indoor dining arrangement in case of rain); insurance provided by the supplier;

Must be aged 4 or above; children aged 4‑15 must be accompanied by a paying adult; those with heart disease, major illnesses or other sudden health conditions, and pregnant women, should not register;

Activity arrangements subject to adjustment based on personnel, facilities and weather; do not approach dangerous areas without authorisation, follow instructions from coaches and guides; maintain team spirit, do not leave the group without permission; do not remove safety equipment unless instructed by coaches; changes due to weather and other factors will be notified by phone in advance;

Bring sufficient water, rain gear, mosquito repellent and sun protection clothing (do not use sunscreen oil); do not bring valuables; bring a change of clothes and towel for changing in the changing tent; if you have specific photo requirements, you may bring your own waterproof photography equipment;

In spring and summer, wear light, non‑absorbent clothing; if you are worried about sun exposure, thin long sleeves are recommended; in autumn and winter, wear wetsuits suitable for river tracing;
