(1) Life jacket, river trekking shoes, drifting tube, helmet, shower facilities; thermal suit provided free of charge in autumn and winter.

(2) Full‑course rafting adventure experience; exclusive insurance provided by the supplier.

All personal expenses and optional purchases.

(1) Minimum age for participation is 5 years old. Not recommended for those aged 65 or above due to the nature of the activity. Also not recommended for individuals weighing over 100 kg.

(2) Single‑person registration is accepted on public holidays; a minimum of 4 participants is required on weekdays. If the minimum group size is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent via email one day prior to the activity.

(3) In case of adverse weather or other force majeure events, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip and will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

(4) Nails must be trimmed before the activity to prevent breakage during the stream adventure.

(5) The supplier provides waterproof cameras for photography. If you bring your own waterproof camera, please secure it firmly. Mobile phones, wallets, keys, jewellery, and other valuables are prone to damage or loss; it is recommended to leave them in the car. Coin lockers are available on‑site.

(6) Recommended items to bring: spare clothes, water bottle, glasses with a strap. Contact lens wearers should bring a pair of regular glasses as backup.
