Important Notices (Please read carefully)

Island Landing Quota: Daily visitor numbers to Guishan Island are restricted. Registration only opens 20 days before the departure date. This product does not guarantee 100% successful island landing. If the landing fails, a whale‑watching and island circumnavigation tour will be arranged, or the price difference will be refunded.

Whale Watching Ecological Note: Whales and dolphins are wild animals and sightings are subject to sea conditions and seasons. We cannot guarantee 100% sightings, and no refunds can be made in such cases. Your understanding is appreciated.

Weather Conditions: In the event of typhoons, heavy rain, or adverse sea conditions (waves reaching force 6 or above), the tour will be cancelled for safety reasons. A full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Documentation Requirements: Taiwanese travellers must provide their national ID number for insurance purposes; travellers from Hong Kong, Macau, and other countries are required to bring their passport original for check‑in.

Health Restrictions: Pregnant women and individuals with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or epilepsy are strictly prohibited from joining. Wheelchair users may board the boat but are not advised to land on the island (on‑island accessibility facilities are insufficient).

Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 10 participants is required for the boat to depart. If the number is insufficient, you will be notified 3 days before departure to reschedule or receive a full refund.
