Yilan Gama Equestrian Sports Field Horse Riding Experience｜Outdoor・Riverside Riding

(1) Equestrian Noble First Experience: Must be at least 4 years old;

(2) Equestrian First GO Course (Outdoor/Riverside Riding Course): Must be at least 15 years old; from 20/12/2021, those under 15 years old are not eligible for travel insurance, and will be changed to 30 minutes of indoor equestrian teaching, unable to participate in outdoor riding;

(1) Insurance application requires submission of relevant documents. Non‑nationals must keep a copy of their passport for inspection;

(2) One horse per person, no sharing, maximum 4 persons per group; those weighing over 100 kg cannot experience;

(3) Equestrian Noble First Experience is entirely indoors, not affected by wind or rain; Equestrian First GO Course is outdoors, and will be moved indoors if it rains;

(4) Not recommended for those with high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.;

(5) Intoxicated persons may be refused participation without refund;

(6) In case of inclement weather or other force majeure, the supplier will cancel the activity and arrange a reschedule or refund;

(7) Must wear long trousers and sports shoes; skirts, shorts, sandals, and slippers are not suitable for riding;

(1) Order Confirmation: Confirmation within 24 hours. Please contact customer service if you do not receive a confirmation email;

(2) Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation for Equestrian Noble First Experience up to 24 hours before activity start; Free cancellation for Equestrian First GO Course up to 48 hours before activity start;

(3) Voucher Usage: Only valid on the specified date and time. Please present the electronic voucher;
