(1) 5‑seater car: domestic 1800cc saloon or similar, maximum capacity of 4 passengers, can accommodate 2‑3 pieces of 23‑inch luggage;

(2) 7‑seater car: Toyota Wish (MPV) or similar, maximum capacity of 6 passengers, can accommodate 1‑2 pieces of 23‑inch luggage;

(3) 9‑seater car: Hyundai/Volkswagen or similar, maximum capacity of 8 passengers, can accommodate 4‑5 pieces of 23‑inch luggage;

(4) 20‑seater car: Toyota medium bus or similar, maximum capacity of 19 passengers, no separate luggage compartment, can accommodate 20 pieces of carry‑on luggage;

(5) 43‑seater car: large bus (4 rows of seats), maximum capacity of 42 passengers, can accommodate 43 pieces of 20‑inch small luggage;

It is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance before the travel date; this is not mandatory;

(1) Travellers can plan their own chartered route; for a 4‑hour itinerary, it is recommended to choose 3‑4 attractions, for an 8‑hour itinerary, a maximum of 7 attractions; the actual itinerary will be adjusted according to the time spent at each attraction;

(2) For self‑planned itineraries, additional charges will be applied based on the route and pick‑up/drop‑off locations, please pay the driver in cash on‑site;

(3) If the pick‑up/drop‑off location is not in Hualien city centre, station, airport, or is in a remote area, additional charges will be applied based on distance, please pay the driver in cash on‑site (see package details for more information);

(4) Considering time management and tourist safety, if some attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure factors such as weather, the driver will inform you on the day;

(5) If due to personal factors (e.g., being late) you fail to board the chartered vehicle, or fail to return to the boarding point on time during the trip, no refund will be given, and rescheduling is not possible;

(6) 2026 Chinese New Year surcharge (2026/2/14–2/22, please pay the driver in cash on‑site): 5/7/9‑seater vehicles, half‑day surcharge TWD300/vehicle, full‑day surcharge TWD400/vehicle; 19/43‑seater vehicles, regardless of half‑day/full‑day, a flat surcharge of TWD1,000/vehicle;

(1) One child seat is provided free of charge; additional seats will incur an extra fee payable on‑site; each child seat counts as one passenger;

(2) According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0‑4 must use an approved child safety seat when travelling by car; please book seats in advance if travelling with children, and note the child's date of birth and weight on the checkout page;

(3) For children under 4 years old applying for additional child seats, an additional charge of TWD100 per seat will be payable on‑site from the second seat onwards;

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity starts;

(1) The voucher is only valid for the specified date and time; please present the e‑voucher upon use;

(2) The activity organiser will confirm the pick‑up time with the traveller in advance; please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the selected pick‑up time, and fill in the hotel name or address on the payment page;

　　(4) Xincheng Township: TWD300 for one‑way, TWD500 for round trip;

　　(5) Xiulin Township: TWD400 for one‑way, TWD600 for round trip;

　　(6) Fenglin Township/Wanrong Township: TWD700 for one‑way, TWD1200 for round trip;

　　(7) Guangfu Township: TWD800 for one‑way, TWD1400 for round trip;

　　(8) Ruisui Township: TWD1000 for one‑way, TWD2000 for round trip;

　　(9) For unlisted remote areas, a surcharge of TWD300‑1000 will apply based on the actual situation; fees are subject to the voucher description;

(3) Overtime charges: 5‑seater TWD400/hour, 7‑seater TWD450/hour, 9‑seater TWD500/hour, 20‑seater TWD700/hour, 43‑seater TWD900/hour;
