(1) Children aged 12 and above are charged the same as adults;

(2) From 1 June 2025, children aged 4 and 5 will need to pay an additional JPY 450 admission fee to enter the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory;

(3) Children aged 0‑5 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge;

(4) Children aged 6‑11 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(5) This activity requires a minimum of 2 participants to form a group. If the minimum number is not met, rescheduling or a full refund will be arranged;

(6) Group size: 2‑25 persons;

Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

(1) This tour will use public transportation. All trains are non‑reserved seats; seats are not guaranteed;

(2) If the Aqua Liner water bus is cancelled due to bad weather, temporary suspension, or other operational considerations, the itinerary will be changed to a visit to the Osaka Museum of History;

(3) If the Osaka Museum of History is closed on a Tuesday and the Aqua Liner is also cancelled, the guide will refund on the tour day: JPY 2,000 per adult, JPY 1,000 per child;

(4) The order of the itinerary and arrival times may vary depending on road conditions and destination traffic conditions;

(5) If you require a vegetarian meal, please be sure to request this at the time of booking. If not informed in advance, standard meals will be provided. Meal change requests will not be accepted on the tour day;

(6) Allergy‑friendly meals, gluten‑free meals, etc. are not available. Travellers with food allergies or requiring gluten‑free meals should book the tour without lunch (the option without lunch will not be available from 2026);

(7) As this is a walking tour, please wear shoes and clothing suitable for walking. The total walking distance is approximately 6 kilometres;

(8) All travellers under 18 years of age must provide a written parental consent form to participate in the tour. Travellers under 15 years of age or those not yet attending junior high school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in the tour;
