Gather and board at 08:00 in front of Bic Camera entrance at Osaka Namba Station Exit B21, recommended to arrive 10‑15 minutes in advance

(1) Minimum group size of 7 people. If the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled, and an email notification regarding the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days prior to departure;

(2) Tour fee includes local driver, fluent Chinese‑speaking guide and their tips, as well as round‑trip transportation specified in the itinerary;

(3) Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the meeting time. Late arrivals or no‑shows will not be waited for; late arrivals or absences are non‑refundable;

(4) Seasonal sights such as cherry blossoms and autumn foliage are subject to weather conditions, and actual viewing effects are subject to the conditions on the day. Once the tour is formed, it will not be cancelled due to flower or foliage conditions;

(5) Children under 3 years old do not occupy a seat, meals are not included, and additional fees apply for paid items (such as cruises, cable cars, etc.); each adult can only bring 1 child under 3 years old for free;

(6) Children aged 3–5 will be provided with a children's meal; those aged 6 or above will be provided with an adult meal. If you need to change to a children's meal, please request it 2 days before departure, and changes on the day will not be accepted;

(7) Travelers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult; travelers aged 80 or above must be accompanied by friends or family;

(8) The group size must reach 7 people or more. If the group cannot be formed, you will be notified three working days before departure and arrangement for rescheduling will be made;

(9) For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin / Cantonese‑speaking tour guide will accompany the tour (alternating between Cantonese and Mandarin, language arrangements subject to the day's conditions);

(10) For groups under 10, a driver‑cum‑guide will accompany, mainly responsible for itinerary arrangements and time management, and can provide Mandarin assistance;

(11) Venues may be repaired or closed due to conditions on the day, and the decision rests with the organizer. Guests may not claim compensation on this ground, thank you for your understanding;

(12) Leaving the tour midway will be deemed as an automatic forfeiture of the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given, thank you for your understanding;

(13) Bus seats are one seat per person, advance seat selection is not accepted. Depending on the registration situation on the day, the bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience tour may be shared with fellow travelers, please be informed;

(14) To consider travelers' own travel safety and protect the travel rights of other group members, if there are chronic diseases, reduced mobility, or other conditions, please inform us proactively when booking;

(15) If you have vegetarian requirements, please be sure to inform us in the remarks column when booking for proper arrangement. Those who fail to inform will not be able to arrange vegetarian meals on‑site;

(16) Meal contents may be adjusted due to factors such as ingredients available at the restaurant on the day. If the originally designated store is temporarily closed or fully booked, the dining location will be changed to provide meals of equivalent value, and the company reserves the right to flexibly adjust meals;

(17) Photos are for reference only, and ingredients and meal contents are subject to actual provision by the facility;

(18) Due to limited luggage storage space, if you intend to bring large luggage on board, please inform us in the remarks column, thank you for your cooperation;

(19) In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision on whether to cancel the tour departure will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email thereafter;

(20) To create cleanliness and comfort inside the carriage, please do not eat or drink inside the carriage. Any stains caused inside the vehicle will need to be compensated according to local cleaning standards, thank you for your understanding;

(21) Participation or itinerary terminated due to personal reasons, lateness, etc., will not be refunded, please note;

(22) During the tour, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. Any loss, theft, or damage shall be borne by yourself.
